Requested a full detail on my 2018 Camaro ZL1. They booked me and everything was fine, 12 hours before my scheduled appointment, they were texting me saying that I still need to book my appointment. I was confused to say the least. They are not organized and do not keep track of what's going on with their bookings. I showed them the communication from the initial bookings and still wouldn't budge and never reserved my spot as they told me initially. Just got home with my 4Runner after having all the windows wrapped with Ceramic tint. I only go Nano or full Ceramic on cars these days, regular privacy film is simply worthless. The truck looks awesome, they left zero mess behind. So quick and easy when I requested an estimate on this app, and making the appointment was also easy. Took them the usually like 3 hours all my cars have taken with shops so I left n came back later. Overall with the great price, and the quality I see so far. I'm a happy camper. Very disappointed with the services provided by this company. Expected a huge fix because I was sent here by the Chevrolet superstition springs dealership to fix scratches left on my truck from the dealership. Long story short, took to deluxe detail to get a paint correction. Got home and took a look at the truck and got the truck back in worse condition! I have buff marks and scratch marks all over the truck. Only thing the did good was leave my tires/wheels clean. Very disappointed with the service here. Will be going to my personal detailer to fix this mess. read more

Fantastic job. With fingers crossed and banking on reviews posted I left a voice message late on a sat eve inquiring about a full interior and exterior detail. Although the business was closed the next 2 days Brad called me back the next day to talk about his services, process and estimated costs. Feeling comfortable with the conversation and options I was able to schedule an appointment meeting my urgent needs within the coming week. Upon picking up my 21 Ram 3500 HD crew cab pickup it was amazing that his crew was able to complete the work in one day as promised. The truck was as good as the day I bought it new. In all I had a complete interior and exterior detail , extra buffing to remove brush scratches, arranged to have a small dent removed, protective film applied on the back door opening where my dog sometimes scratches when entering the back seat, applying ceramic coating to the entire truck and a cleaning/detailing of the engine and compartment. We opted for the more expensive ceramic tint, and we have zero regrets. The quality of installation is outstanding. Took my vehicle for a tint with these guys after seeing some good reviews. Worst experience with quality work. Their page says they guarantee satisfaction but now Brad won't honor that. Every window had air pockets, and specs of imperfections in the tint. I was told it would go away in a few weeks, it only got worse by the day. I took it in and Brad acknowledged it was a bad job, but he said there would always be issues with a re-tint job. I took it somewhere else and I was assured they could do it with no issues. So I had this new place redo it and paid for it there and sure enough the vehicle now looks great. Brad asked me to being the car back after I had it redone at the other shop so he can confirm it was really fixed, which I did and he saw the huge difference. But he now does not want to refund my $ since I am not satisfied. Instead he wanted me to let them redo it even though he still admits they would still redo it with imperfections in the tint. Horrible service, and horrible job. Save your time and money, go elsewhere! read more

We moved to AZ from Oregon and our priority was to get our auto windows tinted! I asked for quotes on yelp and the owner Brad was fast at responding and answering any questions I had. Brad, the owner, is great! Friendly and patient with a newbie. He uses Madico film (look them up online) and educated me about films that could be cheap but then crack. Madico has a LIFETIME warranty. There are 3 different types to choose from with 3 darkness tints in each. I will never have to replace this tint! Don't let the hole-in-the-wall place scare ya! If I hadn't talked with him on yelp, I would've never driven past the place and come in. You first see a self-serve carwash and then when I pulled into the back there was no clear sign that said the company name. But it was daytime, I had an appointment, and nobody looked sketchy! Haha! Brad and his team are obviously awesome at what they do...and could care less about exterior/interior design of their building because they are focused on high quality work and excellence on vehicles! (I'm sure you get a quality product for less b/c they aren't charging you for a fancy building!) Super happy with the window tinting results! It took them just over 2 hrs to complete the job. I will be sure to recommend this to others and have this done on any other vehicles we purchase in the future! read more

I had an important sticker on my windshield I use to enter my gated community where I live and the sticker was ripped and torn off while the window tint on my front windshield was being done. My car sticker is now defective. :( :( I now have to spend $50 out of pocket to replace it so I can gain access into my gated community where I live.. the sticker was salvageable and easy to keep intact but no one asked me about it before removing it and it was carelessly torn in half. Very disappointed and bummed about this. I especially don't have an extra $50 to spend on replacing a car sticker when I had a perfect one that worked just fine before it was removed. My hope is that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future and that employees at this establishment will be aware of this going forward and ask customers about stickers on their windshield before removing them and carelessly ripping important stickers off of the windshield. This was easily preventable. **I have successfully had my gated community windshield sticker transferred from my old car to my new car from the car dealership where I purchased my new car from in October of '23. So these windshield stickers are in fact NOT meant to ripped and be torn when transferring them. There is most certainly a way to carefully remove them to transfer them elsewhere. read more

Now, keeping in mind that im in need of a serious car wash, regardless my car looks amazing after taking it into Deluxe! Brad was awesome, he was able to get me in the following morning & even quoted me over the phone for the removal of old & gross tint & the application for the new tint. After i dropped it off he instantly called me back & asked about possibly restoring the headlights, take my word for it, they were yellow! It was something i wanted to do anyways, but didnt know they offered it, awesome...add it on! Everything looks great! They offer a life time warrenty for any bubbles or fading that can happen with my new tint & being that i had bubbled tint on my car for a long time that a different company refused to fix ...i can appreciate their warrenty. Now, although things can go wrong & maybe one day i will have to go in to get something fixed and or replaced (because who can tell the future...)i wont be upset. I enjoyed the discussion and fair estimate provided here, and I drove across town to get it done. A few months later, I have zero issues, and it's evident they get the proper measurements for the windows. Really love how much better the car feels in the AZ heat. The A/C can finally keep up now!
