Unlike other wedding venues, Curtis isn't really a client-facing organization. It is run by Cheltenham Township, and used primarily for township events and meetings, not weddings. So you shouldn't expect the customer service experience that you might be used to elsewhere while wedding shopping. That's what the review below is likely referring to. Personally, my wife and I found the pampering treatment annoying and were able to save a lot of money by using vendors who don't do the whole over the top wedding thing.
