I really love the modern look of the ballroom, the high ceilings and I like the added metal fixures on the chandeliers which gave them a more modern look. The room is very large and spacious and can hold a lot of guests. The gazebo ceremony was a lovely area as the sun was setting. The food was great, and the staff are so friendly, I especially loved working with the wedding coordinator who works really hard, I've met her before at another event. The theater has been creatively carved out of an old bank building, and it's very comfortable and intimate in scale. Every seat is a good one! About the only issue I had was I wish the owner took a picture of me with the three magicians from the act. I know he was busy handing out flyers but he took a picture for the previous group with the magicians. He just said to me, "Get someone else to take the picture." One of the three magicians took a picture of me with the other two magicians, but it would've been nice to get all three in the picture with me. I'm pushing 60 (and I paid extra to get a front row seat), so photo memories like this would be nice.

The tram car goes at a super slow speed so you have time to take everything in. The tour is guided by a pre-recorded audio track but sometimes the driver will provide information as well. She made all of these excuses, including us not paying for a "rental truck" to lug materials when we told her we did not need that service and it was not in our contract. Turns out, low and behold, she worked SOMEONE ELSES WEDDING ON OUR WEDDING DAY. She was NEVER planning to show up and we should've known with cryptic texts that it would be "rainy" and she wouldn't be able to "work with our venue" (she never even called them and cited she couldn't get in touch after a few emails, threatening to call off serving our weddings multiple times). Go onto BBB to see the additional complaints, there are many. She has scammed multiple people trying to plan a wedding and it's horrendous. I am taking legal action against this person. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book them for anything.

I am at the point where everytime i think about our wedding day i regret where it was done and if i could have reversed time and picked somewhere else, or even gone to the courthouse like we originally planned we would have been happier. getting in contact with your planner is so hard, it would take days to respond. we didnt even get to pick our cake flavor or anything like that until two days before (which they got wrong, we asked for chocolate and got vanilla). thats not even the part where im upset, we spent an EXTRA 300$ on a wedding video. after our wedding we received an email stating that we should be getting it in a few days. a week passed by and nothing, i emailed them and waited another week for a response and found out that they LOST OUR WEDDING VIDEO and is looking for it. my husband then emailed but with no response. another week went by and i texted them and was left in read for about 1-2 days before they told me that they figured out the problem on the technical side but no luck on our video, we should be getting a refund in about 10 days. it has been OVER 10 ten days and we have received nothing so i have texted them AGAIN and got left on read, which lead to another text a week later and still left on read and ignored. its sad to see this company more active on instagram than their clients. im grateful for the beautiful day i got with my friends and family, but i wish we picked somewhere else. i am heartbroken. we have no way to look back on our special day except with iphone pictures my friends and family took. we had a friend record the whole wedding and told him we didnt need it because we were getting a professional one done, so he deleted it. we understand they are very busy people, but when you screw up so bad like losing a whole wedding video you should be a little more caring than you are. reading these reviews have showed us that we have been treated worlds differently than other couples, unfortunately not in a good way. thank you elegant celebrations, for making our day definitely something we wont forget.

On top of the cliff Jeff Ruda fell off of and broke both arms, his right tibia & fibula, multiple ribs, lacerated his spleen and liver and broke his cocsis (assbone but not the sacrum). So I don't recommend falling off it (actually another dude, I didn't know, fell off it too!)(broke his back I believe ). Poor guy was climbing it. Ruda was just drunk on to of it. It's gotta be 80 or so feet straight up though. So if You're hiking or whatever up there be careful! I also lived by the trash cans down there too. Albeit short lived there though. Cops kicked out of there mighty fastly! And if you meander past the Lower Swedish cabin be very careful around there too! Lot's of high rock cliffs, lose dirt, sticker bushes (and worse!) (the meanest damn sticker bushes you'll ever find! Oh and Devil's club! and that shit's real nasty!) If you hike a hill or cliff DO NOT TOUCH ANY TREES! AKA Devil's Club; even if You're falling or sliding, just fall before you go grabbing on any trees back there! Trust me. I never seen that crap anywhere but there either. It's got spikey thorns all over it; and it's some kind of poisonous that'll hurt for months sometimes! Vicious stuff! I was building a log house on the cliff before Garrett Rd bridge but the kicked me outta there too. Sucks. But the crick back in the valley is very nice and beautiful! The other direction, towards Kent part, has a beautiful waterfalls too. Again very beautiful! (just don't go trying to live there...)
