Requested a brow wax. Staff inside were not welcoming. When I was taken back, the wax was burning hot, hotter than any other wax I've gotten. She did not apply more wax or tweeze any hairs that were left over. She did not trim my brows. I asked if she would thin them out a little and get the extra hairs, she argued that my brows were already thin. Went home and tweezed/trimmed my brows myself. It would have been completely fine if the price point was not significantly more than other places in town with welcoming staff and quality work. Shouldn't have skipped out on my usual lady. Deluxe Nails-----Nails by Tommy! I found fungus 10 days after fill done by Tommy! Tommy also applied original set of powder nails. I've since learned that unsanitary conditions, equipment and how the powder is applied all matters. I personally shared this mess with Tommy. His first response was to place blame on me.... Asked for short, rounded, French tips. After telling Kim more than once, nails finally got rounded. Could not make her understand what short nails meant. Nails are very rough and not to the edges of the nails. Don't waste your money! read more

They were busy, I understand that. However that is no excuse for sloppy work. I will add pictures of them. The dipping powder is not near the margins of my nails, they are uneven, and she kept burning my nails with the dremel tool. read more

Multiple services under one roof. I like the dips personally for my nails. I treat myself with the pedicures...they do hot stones and paraffin wax and rub your legs...oh my goodness. You can barely walk out after such great treatment. read more

Terrible! Just awful. I came in for a regular manicure - how hard can that be? Well, after they did your nails in water, they hardly file them down. They use the wrong file - they used a acrylic nail file on my natural nails. Then they push back your cuticles only to cut the top of them pulling them forward and leaving your nail looking like a mess. Then they apply some water solution (or watered down oil) with lotion to massage your hands. They have you wash your hands. Then they hardly applied the base coat - the lady I got literally used the one dip for both my hands. Then when applying the nail polish, since they don't want to clean your nail, they don't get to the bottom or the side. This lady took her own nail to "clean" the little bit that didn't make it on the nail. The results are disgusting. How this is the "Best in Brow is beyond me. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I would give it no stars if I could. I needed to get me acrylics soaked off and a dip manicure. They had me soak my acrylics off and then they removed the residue from them, and that went soothly. But then I told the guy doing my nails that I DIDN'T want my natural nails cut and he's basically blew me off and cut them anyway. I thought okay fine whatever I will just have short nails they will grow out I can still get the dip. Then the guy pulled out the tips and I told him that I didn't want the tips, and he told me my nails were to short for the dip. I told him that I told him I didn't want my nails cut and he cut them still and he said he didn't hear me which was a total lie. So I said fine go ahead and do the tips he then rushes through the service and was EXTREMELY rough. My nails are ugly has h*** they have a white film all over them that the guy tried to tell me they were marble like I'm stupid it's not marble. They are misshaped and all over my skin. I was visiting from out of town and tried to call this salon to make an appt. they told me they were not too busy and I could just walk in. 20 mins later i did and they waited on me right away. A man named David gave me a deluxe pedicure and completely redid my fingernails all with gel polish. I was in and out pretty quickly. A little pricey but good service. read more

This is a really good salon for Brownwood especially. I'm very picky when it comes to nails, but they fill all my requirements--cleaning the nails well and talented at doing requested designs. The place was also clean and it's a very nice salon. read more

Don was absolutely terrible. He made completely inappropriate sexual comments to me the entire time. Then when finished he told me to follow him to the bathroom (I thought he was going to tell me to wash my hands) he then asked me to go into the bathroom and he was acting like he was going to follow me in there. He said "I will not hurt you I just want to show you that your nails will glow" and I refused MULTIPLE times and he then got angry and yelled that I was a chicken. Absolutely disgusted. Went in for a pedicure. Pedicure water was chilly. Sat for quite a while waiting though a number of staff were sitting around on their phones. Hot stones were barely warm. Polish is sloppy and doesn't go to edges of the nails. Charged $20+ more than was listed. read more

They did an average on my nails. My main problem was the salon was dirty. Overall at first glance salon looks clean, then as I sat there I discovered under stations had not swept only the area in the middle. Other things too. The same middle clean closer look dirty. read more

I came here with a friend hoping it would work out. Other places in town had conflicting reviews and some that looked as if employees had posted their own. This place was welcoming from the get go. We enjoyed their deluxe pedi and it was extremely relaxing. The leg massage with warm stones and lavender oil helped start our day off right. read more
