My watch battery change took less than five minutes and even though there were a lot of people in the store and most associates were busy, they helped me pretty quickly and the cost was only $10. The inside is very nice and there's a cool mural on the outside of the building too. Make sure you check that out before you leave. So if you're into permanent jewelry (mostly bracelets and anklets), then this is the place to visit in Nashville. But if you're wishy-washy like I am, you can find a cute little bracelet with a clasp like I did. This is a custom jewelry place, so you're making lots of decisions once you step inside. Do you want permanent or removable? Bracelet or anklet? Gold or silver? What style of chain do you want (they have several)? What charms (if any)? After you make your decisions, then the bracelet or anklet gets sized to you. If you're going the permanent route, then your jewelry gets welded shut without a clasp. You get to wear cool glasses if you want to watch while they weld, or you can look away. If you're getting a removable piece of jewelry, they will size it to you and then weld the clasp on the chain. I am a pretty decisive person, so the whole process, from start to finish, took maybe 15 minutes. But I imagine if you're visiting with a group, or if you're less decisive than I am, you can be here a while. That's why they take appointments, which you can book online at their website.
