The first time it was brought here to be resized, as it was my mother in laws ring. They resized it, 5 months later, the solder completely snapped off. They said they would re-solder it. 6 WEEKS later, it snapped again. I took it back, they said silver is not good for "longevity", daily wear etc... again, it had been SIX WEEKS; I don't shower, sleep, work etc with it on. Only then did they encourage a half shank (thicker material for a "permanent" fix.) Only, the ring is still visibly uneven with a noticeable seam left behind. Instead of properly identifying structural issues from the start, they offered quick, band-aid fixes and even tried to quote me $250 for work that should have been caught initially. Save yourself the stress and take your fine jewelry to a jeweler who actually stands by their work.

Althought it was still relatively inexpensive, it was a breach of our contract and there was a lack of communication on their side. Which shouldn't happen at all. Furthermore, the staff lost a piece of my watch during the resizing (one of my pins) and had kept that information from me, until I spoke up after receving the watch back. Although again, it was a relatively small piece, the principal and integrity of the matter still should be held in high regard, even with the little things. After all this happened I asked them to honor the original price and was met with a no. Their other reviews are stellar, I just wish I was met with that same standard today, but unfortunately I was not.
