I asked for the turnaround time as we depart out of state on Monday and she said it typically is about a week or slightly less. I told her I was from out of state so I would have to have my sister pickup my ring for me. She went and talked to the Jeweler and he was able to squeeze me in the same day! She also took the time to go through my papers from 10 years ago and clean up my record in their system so next time it would be easier to find my information and ring details.
