I ordered a mattress off of Wayfair. I received my delivery confirmation for a Monday and called 5 times and left voicemails during business hours to change my delivery to Friday due to being out of town. Nobody ever picked up the phone or returned my calls. I finally got a hold of somebody after repeatedly calling nonstop - the person on the phone confirmed that my delivery would be moved to Friday. Upon arrival home the day before new delivery - the mattress was sitting in front of my house, the bag protecting it was ripped through and the entire mattress was filled with water. They still will not respond to my calls to pick up the product. read more

After reading the reviews I was pretty nervous. I purchased a couch from Wayfair in May. I was notified it would be getting delivered by Demar Logistics a month later. I waited by the phone for someone to call for 2 days but I ended up calling them (I've been waiting too long). I was transferred about 4 times then finally got someone who scheduled my delivery the next day between 10am-2pm. I received a call at 10:15am saying they will arrive in 30 minutes. The 2 guys were super nice! They were swearing in Spanish while struggling to make it to the 3rd floor lol. I had to add an additional staircase for only $5 more. read more

the item was ordered on October 7; we were given a October 18 delivery date; upon no delivery on October 20 we were told the order had not been given to Demar until October 11 and that the delay in pick up was the manufacturer's fault and were reassured delivery on October 25; tracking shows item at location on October 24@1:13 pm and pending delivery call; we were assured of that delivery call within 24-48 hours for delivery appointment; it is now October 26@1:39 pm and still no call; we called; Demar claims it is still within its time of 7-10 days; after being were told we had been assured of the call within 24-48 hours for delivery and that the pending call was now past the 48 hours and still nothing were simply told Demar was still within its 7-10 day time; we demanded the can be made so we could pick up the item ourselves; Demar said they could deliver on October 27@1-5 pm or we could pick it up by 4 pm today; we're our way to get it now. Absolute WORST delivery filled with excuses, lies, and failures. The USPS on holidays is better than Demar will ever be. read more

Customer service is a joke. Worker by the name of Stephanie was rude and kept transferring me back to Kmart and Sears. I will not only use this company again, I won't purchase from Kmart or Sears. Demar stated that they've been trying to contact me to set up a delivery since the 25th (they haven't) and just now sent a letter requesting contact (which I haven't gotten). I ordered my couch from Wayfare. I received an email saying that the courier Demar received the shipment and would be contacting me to set up a delivery appointment. Good thing I called Demar myself because they never contacted me. I talked to somebody and set up a delivery appointment for Saturday between 10 and two. They could not accommodate my later in the evening weeekday request so the guy set it up for Saturday. I waited all day long for not only nothing to be delivered but also no phone call saying they wouldn't be there. I tried calling several different numbers for Demar only to get a recorded message saying they were closed. I am so ticked off at this Demar logistics company... I will never order anything if it's going to be delivered by this sorry excuse for a business. I suppose I'll have to wait till Monday to figure this out. I'm not looking forward to that. This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. When they called to give me my delivery timeframe, I asked if there was a way to get it narrowed down to less than 4 hours. The woman told me to call them back at the number she called from (which I confirmed with her) on the day of delivery. I called the number as directed the day of delivery which was Wayfair and spoke to a customer service rep who put in a request that they contact me. Several hours later I hadn't heard yet so I called Wayfair back and they told me they would deliver between 430-445. I then called the delivery company and they informed me delivery would be 513. When I became frustrated by this her response was "it's not like it's an hour late or something". It was 445 when I received the call from the delivery man who said he would be another 30-40 mins. I asked why he didn't notify me earlier that he would be there outside of the 4 hour timeframe and he also told me that it's his policy to not call unless he'll be an hour or more late. I tried to explain that this is a terrible policy. Does he not call his boss if he will be 55 mins late? Not until 1 hour does it matter? To me, every minute counts. I asked him to contact me if he would be later than his ETA. Of course, he didn't call when he was even later than he estimated so I had to call him. Then when I was signing for the package I attempted to explain to him that the reason I was frustrated was because the delays in delivery kept me from seeing a loved one who ended up passing just minutes prior to his arrival. He then berated me and told me that I "humiliated" him by telling him this and again blamed his company and the GPS and attempted to tell me how he's "very respectful". I don't believe respectful people say these things to someone who expresses they just lost a loved one. I had to ask him to leave my house and he proceeded to stand in my doorway. He was defensive and argumentative and even stooped as low to ask "do you know how much I make?". I can only assume his intent with this was to make me feel guilty but this even further shows me his lack of professionalism. He absolutely should be humiliated but only because of his behavior and inability to grasp the simple suggestion I was trying to make and that was that he should change his policy from only notifying people if he will be an hour or more late. I'm not shocked in the least by the poor reviews this company has based on the way this man treated me. He was self-involved and feeling sorry for himself and unable to take constructive criticism. This makes me never want to order anything else from Wayfair again unless they terminate their relationship with this company. read more

This company has the worst customer service. I bought a elliptical and it was to be delivered by Demar Logistics. I tracked the shipment and it showed it was delivered to Demar. I had to call Demar to setup a schedule. Who knows how long they would have held it. Next, The tech cam out and put my machine together PUT IT TOGETHER WRONG!!! He never bothered to tell me that there were some screws and washers missing. My 9 year old daughter got on the machine to "try it out" and it literally fell apart underneath her. Leaving her to fall on the cement floor. I then called and the lady that answered the phone gave me the tech's number directly. He didn't answer. I called again--he said "I will look in my truck and see if they are in there". He never called back. I called again--mailbox full. I called again and some other customer care rep is suppose to call me back...........................................guess we will see. Don't go through this company. So this is the worst place ever.Dear Wayfair why would you choose someone so disreputable to be your shipper? The driver lied to us about traffic and missed his window of deliver between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and got there nearly at 10pm. He was rude, treated his helper awful and then proceeded to yell at us and say everything he had was there. NOW SIGN! Lo and behold the next morning we had a wrong piece and were missing the right one. After fun with what we thought was good but turned out bad Wayfair customer service (I need to write a bad one there too) we still do not have the piece. We were told it would arrive the next day between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. It never did. We called and spoke to the logistics manager. He put us on hold and said it was delivered. Well it wasn't, Fast Eddy! The pieces weigh a ton and moving the wrongly delivered piece out to the porch on Monday (now Wednesday and still there) for pickup was a hassle as we are elderly and I hurt my leg. Now they are rude, not returning calls, calling us liars all the while we don't have our stuff. Shame on you Wayfair. These clowns are not the people you want to work with. Try UPS, Fed Ex or someone else. read more

0 stars if possible, I ordered through way fair. purchase was fine, way fair was great. but this delivery company was a joke, worst I have ever dealt with. never called to set up delivery time. only called back once way fair got involved. then the delivery day came and went without our couch being delivered. no calls, nothing from demar logistics. attempted to contact demar several times. kept getting automated message and finally got bumped to leave a message every time, in which they never respond to any messages. wasted a whole day sitting at home waiting for a delivery. now on day 2 still no response.
