Dr. Lee is super great!…read more She's a wonderful, empathic doctor who knows all the routine stuff 110% and isn't afraid to do a bit of research if she encounters something uncommon. She's respectful, and no-nonsense about what her patient needs to do to get better, but she's also got a great sense of humor. She's willing to work with you to find the treatment that meets your needs. The back-office staff is very friendly and competent. Although we are adults, I think she'd be fantastic with kids, too. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my (hypothetical) child to see Dr. Lee. Five stars well earned!

She shamed me for taking these meds responsibly, as they were prescribed. Again, I get enough relief with these meds to get up, not enough to get out and do anything like shop. She sent the prescription she knew I needed that day to an online pharmacy. Then went home for the weekend leaving absolutely no way for me to get the medicine I needed for 3 days. She may have been a great doctor for me when I was a 34 yr old runner and vegan. But I don't feel she has the compassion to offer care to patients with issues of aging and pain.

They refused to make an appointment until I got a hearing test. Even though I had an appointment the following week to get a hearing test, that was not good enough. They said call them after I got the test. I got the test and there was no problem with my hearing. I was told my hearing was better than half the 4 year olds they see and they would submit the paperwork immediately to the doctor. I called the doctor's office as soon as I got home from the hearing center, spoke to someone who said they didn't get anything from the hearing center. I expressed again the urgency as I have had problems sleeping and working due to this noise in my left ear. I didn't hear back. I verified with the hearing center that the records were sent to my doctor. Called again, spoke to someone named Mayana who wouldn't let me finish, cut me off, put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, was on hold again for another 15 minutes, got Mayana again. I asked to speak to an office manager, Mayan became very rude and hung up on me. I did hear from the office manager who was just as awful and basically accused me of lying about getting the hearing test, refused to schedule the appointment. Claimed "I can't just take your word for it" because the hearing center had yet to fax the results of my test. Nevermind that she spoke to the hearing center who informed them that I took the test. My best friend even called from New Jersey because she couldn't believe they were refusing to schedule an appointment when I was having such severe and disruptive health issues. They refused to let her schedule the appointment on my behalf. Later that day, I received a letter from Dr. Huang in Sutter's MY HEALTH accusing me of using foul language and threatening to not see me. I never used foul language. This is a flat out lie. I never used one word of profanity. There is seriously something wrong with the people who work here where they would concoct a fake story like this. I plan on filing a grievance with Sutter. Unacceptable. I decided to consult my insurance and find another ENT. Made an appointment and was told to send the results of my test before my appointment. No insults or rudeness. Easy peasy. Maybe Dr. Huang is good at what she does but the administration is rude and unsympathetic and I would never go to a place where this type of behavior is condoned.

She responds quickly to questions and always gets lab comments out quickly. I have followed her to three locations with Sutter. All physicians in Santa Rosa are over worked and very busy. I know it takes awhile to get an appointment so I book early. She also does video visits and those have been great for medication renewals. After turning 26, I lost my health insurance, and navigating the healthcare system without coverage has been really difficult. I was even denied Medi-Cal, so finding affordable medical care felt overwhelming. Thankfully, the staff here worked with me using a sliding-scale payment system. My visit was only $25, and my medication was just $10. I can't express how much that meant to me. I didn't have a traditional appointment. I was given a standby appointment, and although I had to wait, my vitals were taken in less than an hour, and I was able to see the doctor a little over an hour after arriving. When I first got there, there wasn't anyone at the front desk to check me in, which was a little confusing, but once I checked in, the staff provided me with a helpful information packet and lots of useful resources. I was born and raised going to Kaiser, so going somewhere different initially made me feel uncomfortable. However, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and respectful. My doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Healthcare can be stressful enough without having to worry about whether you can afford to be seen. I'm genuinely grateful that this clinic worked with me and made getting the care and medication I needed possible.
