I find their front office staff efficient and courteous. The nurses are always friendly and make the experience pleasant and enjoyable. Dr. Geltz always takes the time with me, even if he's running late, to go over my record thoroughly and asks questions to make sure he knows if anything has changed in the last year. Perhaps it's only because I see him as an OB patient but honestly if I were in the baby making business I'd want him in the delivery room with me.

Dr. Franz is fine as a doctor, but they've made it nearly impossible to contact their office. The nurses don't pick up the refill line and take their time tending to the voicemail, the receptionist won't help unless it's s major issue, and if you'd like to complain about anything they dump you into another voicemail that never gets checked. I need a monthly prescription refilled, and I've gone without for days 3 times in the last 6 months. They've called it into the pharmacy, but they now don't take my insurance. It's at 4:30 when I NEED to talk to someone in the office and they can't be bothered to pick up. They only want to help someone when they're supposed to be working or otherwise busy. It's very frustrating to be a patient here, and likely won't be any further.

He has a great…read morebedside manner and is overall a very down-to-earth doctor who listens to his patients and is very responsive. His staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE. The front desk person is extremely rude each and every time I call. His nurse is also a very nasty person. Each time I call (which isn't very often) each of them make you feel like you're asking for the world and that you've really put them out. It's to the point of being very uncomfortable to even call there. It's a shame because Dr. Organ really is awesome. He would do much better with a nicer staff. I'll continue to see Dr. Organ but will probably have to tell the ladies how I feel about them in order for them to smarten up. Sad that I'll have to do that but I will not be spoken to like I'm an idiot every time I call.

Perhaps I was there on an off week but don't treat your patients like that.

He gave me an EKG without mentioning it wasn't covered, and charged me for TWO office visits (even though I was only there once, and for 30 minutes max!) just because I asked about some pain in my ankle! Moreover, he wasn't even able to give me good advice on said ankle! I asked him what exercises I could do, and his response was "Stay off it. Swimming." Suuuper comforting to be told a) you can't run for six weeks and b) what exercise you can do will only burn a handful of calories! I kept asking him and his assistant what cardio I could do, and their response was "bicycling at a moderate pace" Are you kidding me?! That's not going to get my heart pumping at all! I would switch doctors/hospitals, but I've heard bad things about Grady and Emory too... Why can't there be a decent hospital in this town?!

He Mainly listens to the reason why I am there at that particular moment communicates to me, what he heard me say and continues with what he is hearing and my history of anything relating to why I am there. I feel comfortable with ALL of his decisions as he make sure that everything is not just well explained, but understood as well. When I leave his office I just feel better to know that EVERYTHING regarding my visit is complete at that time. Healthcare Corporates have called me several time, to have me switched to other Doctors for NO reason, I like the Doctors that listen to me and I really don't feel the need to get to know a new Doctor and he/she getting to know me. As this Doctor started getting to know me years ago, my first day, and I felt "I WAS IN GOOD HANDS" and I still feel that first day comfort, ALWAYS.
