The arrangement delivered two pink lilies one dozen carnations minimal broad-leafed green leaves. Measured about half the advertised size.

What we got back two weeks later was a beautifully clean odor free rug with a new backing on it. Doug did an excellent job and when the backing unexpectedly came off he took care of it free of charge.
