They constructed a fence on the border between my property and my neighbors…read more These are specific issues with the lumber: * Many of vertical pickets in this fence have cracks, some have mold on them, and are defective. * Many of posts are also defective. They have cracks and all of them have not been properly cemented and secured to the ground. * Some of the bottom kickboards have long cracks. These are specific issues with very poor quality of contractor's work: * Many pickets' bottoms are not leveled straight * There is a piece of wood that is laying free and has not been screwed or nailed anywhere * There are screws that are coming through the wood with its sharp end and can injure someone I included just a few pictures to demonstrate the defective materials they used and their very poor quality of work. After filing a complaint with California licensing board, the inspector came to inspect the fence and the contractor paid us to repair the fence per the inspector's report. We recommend to stay away from this company.
