The largest size in the store is L, not even XL (which should be included as it's a part of standard sizing). Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service…read more Purchased a coat 3 weeks ago (to the day), had lost the receipt but gave them my information when purchased so figured it wouldn't be an issue. When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.

My friend loves hats, so she couldn't resist going into Roxann's as we were walking past. I'm not a hat person, but I was in need of a cute sun hat for my upcoming trip to Vegas (at temperatures in the mid 40s, a hat is a necessity!). Roxann's has hats of all different styles--there's definitely something for everyone. And I did find the perfect hat, a cute, grey sun hat, perfect for the beach or walking around the Vegas strip. (I'll definitely bring it on my trip to Burma.) Finding a sun hat has been a struggle, because hats are always too big for me, and children's hats are too small. But this hat is adjustable--there's a draw string on the inside of the hat that you can tighten, if necessary. Brilliant! Will I ever be back? Unlikely, as it's not easy for me to get to, and I don't wear hats, but if I'm ever in the area again, I will check it out--I recall them selling waterproof hats for the rain, which interested me (carrying an umbrella is a hassle). If you like hats, definitely make a visit to Roxann's!

Their staff are very knowledgeable of the type of shoes I need for my hard to fit feet. First, they let me know what type of foot support I may need and then recommend several styles they have for my feet size, width and support. Their shoes are pricey but all the shoes I've bought from them have high quality material, have lasted me a long time and provided comfort and functioned as designed. They used to have boring colours and designs but they have stepped up their game and now have many stylish colours and material for some of their shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I chose (1540V2) did not come in a newer and more stylish colour and material but it was perfect for my feet type which is more important. The store is located near Willowbrook Mall and has plenty of parking in the front of the store.
