I won't get into the specifics from back then, because that would make this about 10 pages long. That being said, here are a few general issues we experienced. The job was supposed to take 6 weeks, but lasted from June till September. We asked for specific room measurements, and the walls to reach the ceilings. He didn't write down the measurements, and then when they did the framing, he claimed he didn't know any of this. These are minor details, but just know that you should take down any notes and send everyone copies, should you decide to work with them. Also, know that they go missing in the middle of projects without telling you what's going on (in this case they took a trip to France) and they wait days and weeks to get back to you. And I have all of this documented, so should anyone want to negate any of this, I'll happily send you my documentation. There were requests from our Property Manager and tax documents that when requested, were eventually sent, but usually it took several times because things were filled out incorrectly and random things would happen like one time, her "dog ate her laptop wire" so an item that was supposed to be sent to us on a Friday was not sent to us till the following Tuesday. Again, these are just a few of the problems we encountered. So honestly, we were just excited to be done with the construction and decided against making any complaints. However, we did let our real estate agent know so that she wouldn't be recommending them to any future clients. Fast-forward to Saturday, May 9 of this year. Our office baseboards, the little rubber ones, are all falling down (I have 8-10 pictures of this). I contacted them May 12, and truly expected them to ask for us to pay for the fix, since they had told us that previously their guarantee only lasted 6 months and their work had been completed around 9/9/19. She said she would send someone out to assess the situation. 2 days go by and I don't hear anything, so I send a text around 12. No response. I call around 5 and no one answers but I recieved a text requesting I give her about 30 minutes to respond. The next day by 10:30, there had been no response, I finally text and say "hello?", she responds with a "hello." and waits another hour to respond that she can't get anyone out to us till the following weekend, and just to get it fixed, we agree. The email sent to me (on the 15th, remember I contacted them initially on the 12th) says that they will be at our office between 9 and 10 on May 23rd. The morning of, we get a message saying it will be closer to 10. Which is fine, seeing as our clients don't come till 11. Then we get another message saying that it will be 10:30. So I message them and say we have clients at 11. She responds with, "That would have been helpful to know before. We work in time windows. Please figure out a better time and schedule with Ezekial". So it's our fault that we didn't know they "work in time windows" and they are the ones that changed the time twice. Had they initially said 10:30, I would have let them know our clients would be there at 11. So I stated that I was done with the unprofessionalism and their inability to be on time or respond in a timely manner, and let her know I would be contacting the BBB. Her response, incorrect grammar and all, is as follows, " Bless your heart. Thats your decision, go ahead if you want to. It will be like the first complaint ever. Im not to worried Also, I apologize he is running behind. He came from another job and we are very busy. But that's not your problem and I understand that. After looking at you file this project was a year ago. Your warranty ended 6 months after. Im happy to fix it for you, but fix your attitude. It will get done alot faster" Now, there are a few arguments I could get into here. Like their work was not completed and invoice sent till 9/9/19. But the bottom line is that the unnecessary rudeness and the complete lack of regard for customer service is completely unacceptable. I have reported them to the BBB, and I will also be sending all photos and screenshots to the websites for people who are looking for contractors. ***Someone did come out and "fix them" at the 10:30 time on the date of the message. However, I went back up to the office today, 5/25/2020, around 5:30 and some of the baseboards have fallen down AGAIN.

We closed on a Friday, I gave him the keys on Saturday and he finished the job (painting. flooring, crown molding, taking down cabinets, installing lights, even fixing the ceiling when we found a water problem) and we moved in the next Saturday. Ezekiel kept in touch with me through it all and was honest about the timing. When I came by to look over things his employees were always working and were very nice and helpful. The pricing was fair. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to do any renovations on their house.
