We were attending a wedding of a friend of ours and my wife had a horrible headache. We had taken an Uber from our hotel to the venue so we didn't have anything on hand or an easy way to get something. My friend told me to ask the wedding planner which I was able to find easily. From my very first inquiry, I was treated with nothing but the most respect. Every person I dealt with was incredibly responsive and polite, and very sure to understand each detail that was important to making my wedding day exactly how I envisioned it. They are flexible as far as what services they can provide to you so that they can work with your budget, and I would highly recommend that you find a way to fit them in to your budget... Their services were invaluable - they are so detailed and organized, they brought up things I would never have known to think about, and all of this came together to make my day seamless. I worked with Denean, having phone meetings and an in person meeting at the venue. She is always available to you via phone, text, or email as needed as well. She is very organized and works with you to fill out paperwork that details every aspect of your day. She worked together with the coordinator at my wedding venue to work out details for my day, and also contacted all of my vendors the week prior to my wedding to make sure all details were as we had planned. This took so much work off of my plate in the final few weeks and the day of the wedding itself, when stress is at the highest. I would never have felt as comfortable with my wedding if I had used solely the wedding services at the venue. Many people kept commenting on how relaxed I seemed, and this truly was because I knew that Denean had everything under control! My wedding ceremony and reception were supposed to be outside, but the weather did not cooperate so 2 days prior we made the call to move indoors. Denean was so critical to this all coming together smoothly, and the transition caused me NO stress because I knew that she had it all handled and would make sure all went smooth. She will bring in additional staff to help on your wedding day based on the layout of the space to ensure that everything will be taken care of. Both her and Pam were there for my rehearsal and wedding day, and they stayed past their contracted time to continue to help with event breakdown (a service I had elected not to pay for). She repurposed most of my furniture while ensuring the space was defined so potential buyers could envision themselves living in the home. She kept me informed and completed the project very quickly.
