Awesome place to shop for good brand name clothing! Very high quality clothing and awesome staff!

I like this store, mainly the style, the brands and in few, few cases the prices. What I do not like is the "customer service", which I will happily go in detail about. This is something that has happened to me for over 14 years and after today I thought, "In the day of the internet, why not be heard?" I find the management condescending. I know the owners and have shopped at this store many times. I find they are nice to your face, but that's about it. However, despite how many times I have dropped money in this store I still feel spied upon like the owners think I am going to steal something. Once their son brought a pile of mail and began opening it on the racks while I shopped. A girl I worked with in Walkerton, who use to work there admitted she was told to follow and watch people. Well today I went in with a backpack, that never left my backside. If there was a store policy in this respect, they failed to invoke it, as the female owner was right by the cash. I don't look like a grub by any means; Nike Livestrong shoes, an Oakley hat, an MMA t-shirt and a pair of Ripzone shorts I bought from there ironically, all quite clean and presentable. The male owner was at the back and I found it quite funny when he asked "Are you sure your in the right size?". I say this because he is a rather large man himself, no doubt several sizes larger than I and for being almost 30, I think I would have a good grasp on my size since I was able to use the door to get into his establishment. He proceeded to do quarter turns whenever I moved so he was directly facing me each time.I found a discount shirt (the prices are outragious most of the time and I have a trip planned for Winners, I'd rather blow my money where I feel appreciated, thanks) and a cheap wallet. At the cash I asked if there was any others, she pointed me to a rack and I figured why bother? No doubt, there would be cheaper ones at Winners than their regualrly priced ones and the discounted wallet was surprisingly cheaper still. She made a point to lean over to look behind me as she dealt with me, as if she was trying to get a cue from her husband on whether or not I stole something and I needed to be searched. It was quite obvious and from the amount of things like this I have seen and heard from them, no doubt this was the case. As I left the store I found musing in my head; "How much actually gets stolen from there a year in shop lifting? It couldn't be any more than the robbery that happened there many years ago? You know, when the owners were too cheap to have an actual alarm on the store instead of the security sticker they posted (if memory serves me well) along with all the name brand stickers the use to make the shop look chic.
