My boyfriend is the ultimate shopper. He knew what was there, including Bulk Barn. As someone who grew up in the Beaches area of Toronto, I was hoping for a real boardwalk. Oh, well. I can't win 'em all! The first store that I parked in front of and visited was Solutions. The closest one to my home is in Richmond Hill. It's nice to frequent a different one. I was greeted promptly by a staff member. It was nice that he said hello. He didn't ask me what I was looking for, which was nice. I looked at all the sale-priced Sistema water bottles and salad containers that were in front of me. Wow! Lots of variety and colours. I love this brand, so I took my time sifting though​ everything. Since back-to-school sales have started, I was looking at shelves and racks. I may need to come back next month and see how some of these items will help me with my organizational projects at home. I ended up getting some 3M Command strips to hang some picture frames at home. I also got a hedgehog toothbrush holder, and penguin and polar bear hot and cold packs. Checking out was painless. I skipped getting a plastic bag. I simply carried my items to my car and got a fabric bag from my truck. I spent a good hour in this store. If you want to get a ton of storage ideas and solutions, it makes sense to stop by and check this store out. (162)

He fished cables through the walls for all in-wall speakers, including 4 Atmos speakers in the ceiling. The installation of the ceiling projector and screen was impeccable too. He was very professional, had a great attitude and worked without wasting any time. The cost of Setup Team services was very reasonable (I did compare to other companies). I cannot advise Setup Team enough. Just give them a try. I'm confident that you'll be very satisfied.

He installed the wall mount kit which we had provided without any problems and did so in a timely efficient manner. He took the time to reorganize our cables and left the project clean and tidy. They lose parts, can't keep track of their repair techs, and have terrible customer service if things do go wrong. I'd pick another place, even if you have to go to Kitchener. I called ahead to ensure that they could fix my phone. They said they had the part and they told me to come in on a specific day because they would have a tech in for the repair. It was a repair that would take 30 min. Perfect! I drove 1 hour into town with my seven month old baby in tow only to be told that the customer service representative "Halvsa?" was mistaken and that the tech wasn't in that day (no apology). Ok fine. She said they could have my repair completed by noon the next day. I asked for her assurance as coming back the next day meant another hour long drive with a baby. She assured me the repair will be completed by that time. So the next day I arrived on time and naturally the repair wasn't done. According to her they lost the part and now needed to order in a new one. And instead of apologizing and trying to problem solve or make it up to me or any of the normal customer service things she instead kept repeating over and over again "it's not my fault, you have to understand" and blames it on her manager who is on vacation. I honestly found the entire interaction completely unprofessional and childish. So if this company wants to endorse this kind of behaviour that's their prerogative but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
