Not only are they professional, well-dressed, respectful and skilled, but they are very compassionate as well. Today, our family gathered to lay to rest our beautiful grandmother. Our devastation was heavy and our hearts are broken.. Mariachi De Alma contributed beauty through music to the heart of our family, our grandmother. I hired them to perform at St. Mary's Church as the hurst arrived, during the church ceremony with the priest, at the cemetery and at my home for the Celebration of Life reception. They were on time, coordinated very well with the priest at the church and knew exactly what to play and exactly when. Not once did I have to direct them or worry about any type of detail which was very comforting especially because I am a very detail oriented person. They took the weight off in that way. They contributed an abundance of love through their voices and instruments. Our family enjoyed them very much and appreciated how accommodating they were when song requests came about. Overall the experience was beautiful. Thank you for honoring my grandmother in an incredibly beautiful way. God bless all of you.

I called them several times, and was never able to make contact after they took payment from the church. Event started at 6pm, the Mariachi were supposed to arrive at 7pm for procession. Finally, Julia answered the phone at 7:10 PM saying they were confused about the time and they were getting in the car and would be there within 1/2 hour. We waited, then received a text message at 7:47 PM saying they were sorry, but would not be arriving! This is the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with, DON'T EVER HIRE THEM!!!

Watch parties were all pretty understaffed for what was being advertised on flyers and so the service was horrible, but they did the best they could considering it was so busy so I don't blame them. Unfortunately, even during non event days, service is still pretty slow.
