One star is definitely too much! I have been coming here since my mom son was born. He is five now. The only reason I come back is because of Dr. Albury. The staff there are very unprofessional, and they just suck overall. The last three appointments my son has had, have been to see the nurse practitioner, when I specifically ask to see Dr. Albury. I guess they have a third party service to schedule appointments which is good because the staff never answered the phone, however, now when scheduling appointments the staff call to tell you how that appointment is not available and move your date. My son is not feeling well at all, and they refuse to see my son after I had already scheduled an appointment. They told me I have to wait 14 days to see the nurse practitioner because Dr.Albury doesn't take care of these things. This is the straw that broke the camels back because this is unacceptable. If you are a parent then you know that it is the worse feeling to see your child in pain or hurting. I am writing this review as I wait in urgent care for someone to see about my baby. All in all, I wish Dr. Albury would throw her whole staff away and start over. I will not be returning. read more

I found Dr. Albury on yelp I'm a first time mom and my daughter had gotten a eye infection when she was 6 weeks it was a friday and i believe her office closes early Dr. Albury called me herself and asked me to meet her at her office around 4pm it meant a lot to me because she was gone for the day but came back to treat my newborn her staff is friendly and professional shes now my baby's ped. Dr. Albury is an amazing pediatrician doctor !!!!! She has been my son pediatrician from birth 5/14. We love her and her staff. She is very caring and nurturing. When my son was 3mos he had to be hospitalized for 2weeks for not eating my breast milk he kept spitting up my milk and even the formula. He began loosing weight and as a first time mom I was so scared and worried. Dr. Albury was always there consoling me and given her professional advice and references. My daughter has been going to Dr. Albury since she was born (04/2012) As a first time parent I have always had many questions and Dr. Albury has been very patient in answering all of them. The facility is well kept and the medical assistants are kind & polite, always greeting you with a smile. I did not "choose" Dr. Albury for my son but I wanted a doctor's office that was close to home and the usual you look for when choosing a primary doctor. And the reviews were good. My son has only seen Dr. Albury one time since he's been 2 and I started with this office when he was 1 year and a couple of months. I will not go back. Every time I called, no appointments available. And when I called for immunizations, they refrigeration was out. What? Not good. So I called one more time to see if there was any chance of me getting my son in, YES!, I got a same day appointment. They were able to fit him in. So I arrive to the office 5 minutes early to see at least 3 families already seated. After my initial check-in, I waited at least 20 minutes before I went back to the window and asked how long the wait would be. The receptionist said "she didn't know". What? You're the receptionist! I had to ask her to ask the doctor regarding a wait time. They were booked solid and were behind and since they added me in, they weren't sure of the wait. Then DON'T ADD PATIENTS TO AN ALREADY FULL DAY! So, I asked the families who were sitting there how long they'd been waiting and they told me at least 30 minutes...Oh, Noooooo! Just when I thought I might be able to stay with Dr. Albury, that day changed my mind. And there's no air conditioning! A hot office with sick little ones? Noooooo! I will not go back! I've been taking my son to an AWESOME urgent care and will continue to go there until I find a good primary pediatrician. But please know the first time Dr. Albury saw my son, she was great. Very helpful, new what he needed for his age, answered my questions, made me comfortable with having a toddler as a first time mom BUT her staff ruined it! I can't! read more

I tried 3 doctors before I found Dr.Albury. She was referred by my Gym instructor and I have been seeing her for my son for almost 3 years now. It is hard to find doctors to listen to all of your concerns , Dr.Albury is an exception to this rule as being a mom you have lots of concerns of every micro thing going on with your child. She does have a holistic approach in treating my child.She's always so nice and accommodating. The office itself is clean, friendly and welcoming unlike some other pediatric offices. Dr. Albury, herself is such a joy...she has a calm demeanor which balances me out since I'm a concerned/paranoid mommy. She answers questions after hours and even on the weekends and never makes us feel dumb for asking questions. She truly cares about the children and we're so happy to have found her. She follows up with me through a phone call or text, which is awesome of her. 3 years my son never fusses about doctor visits. Office staff Julia, Sondra are so friendly in answering any questions. Her office accommodates same day sick appointments which can add to your wait times. But still so worth it. My younger son is under a different network and I can't wait to change is insurance so that he will be able to see Dr.Albury as well. You need to able to trust your child's doctor , which comes before fancy offices or even longer wait items to me. They are working on converting all the file systems to computer based which has reduced the wait times this year. read more

I absolutely love Dr.Denise Albury. She is an extremely caring professional and I completely trust her judgment. I've been taking my nine month old son since the beginning, and out of all his visits I've never had any issues. She always takes her time with my son assuring me his growth and health is fine. Dr. Albury herself is a great professional caring and all the staff is ok while being there BUT when you call it is the worst customer service ever, every time I call to make an appointment they keep me on hold for 6+ mins all I call for is to see if any available appointment and to tell me dr albury is booked I have to hang up and call back in order to get a response!!! The only reason I am giving this office 2 stars is that the nurse practitioner Samantha is the best thing to happen. My daughter was born in August and been going to this facility since. I tend to overreact and pay attention to detail. The office space is really small, overcrowded, overbooked and rushed your appointment. The most recent situation was with the receptionist. I called before to see if it was okay to bring my daughter in if she can apply for emergency medical since she had it twice already, I WAS TOLD YES! So reluctantly I took my daughter in filling out the app, and SHE WAS DENIED! I asked the nurse why she told me she will be fine, but long story short I had to pay 110.00 out of pocket, I wasn't prepared so I drove home and got the $ and came back ready to pay. THE RECEPTIONIST THEN TELLS ME THE 110.00 IS JUST FOR THE PHYSICAL AND NOT THE SHOTS! I was so livid, she never explained that to me and said 110.00 for the whole visit. Instead of going back and forth, I asked for the office manager to make a complaint about the lack of communication and misleading information. The office manager was in a meeting IRONICALLY and I was waiting for 10 minutes. THE DOCTOR COMES OUT DENISE & did not introduce herself (mind you this is my first time meeting her). I had to introduce myself and ask who she was. I look very young to be a mother, but I am definitely in my late 20's... she tried to "daughter" me and belittle me. I continued to explain the situation & MONTHS AGO HOW THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE LAB WORK SAYING IT WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER, & the current situation. she cut me off and said, "okay we will give her the shots for free." So I paid 110.00, Denise came to inspect my daughter and I had so many concerns about her health, and Denise was walking out saying "this is your first child huh" Like what does that have to do with my concerns. My daughter fell off the bed, and she said: "there's really nothing I can do because you missed the 3-day mark." SHE DID NOT ONCE CHECK MY DAUGHTER HEAD. For a whopping $110.00 I got my daughter's weight and height OHHHH & THEIR COMPUTERS WERE DOWN so I got no proper paperwork saying the work that was done (which was 0). I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE! SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL RUNNING. Definitely will be reporting to HIPPA and the medical board. Nurse practitioner Samantha is the only good that comes out of this office read more

Dr. Albury is amazing!!!!! She has been my children's pediatrician for years and we love her and her staff. I have not encountered a doctor in this day and time, that cares for their patients like Dr. Albury does. She was treating my son for some blisters he had developed on his elbow which caused him a lot of pain. She called me over the weekend from a a party she was attending to see how he was feeling. I've never felt more comfortable seeing a doctor for my daughter. I wish Dr. Albury was in general practice as I'd have her for my doctor as well. Dr. Albury makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience. I almost feel like I'm meeting a girlfriend for lunch rather than a doctor's appointment. Going to the doctor can feel like such a chore but Dr. Albury makes the experience pleasant, is very patient and answers all questions. She even finds the time to shoot the breeze for a few minutes. My daughter has never been comfortable with going to the doctor but since becoming a patient of Dr. Albury's she doesn't mind going to the doctor. read more

I was referred to Dr Albury from the hospital where I had my daughter. She was the pedetrician that treated her at the hospital and continues to be her doctor. As a new mom I didn't know who to choose or where to go but she was highly recommended by the hospital staff and decided to give it a shot. I must say she answered all my concerns and questions she even showed my husband how to change the baby's diaper. She is truly amazing and I'm glad to have her as my daughters doctor. The wait is not always that bad I love the kid friendly movies they have and the staff is always so nice and friendly as well. She has been seeing her since she was about 5 months old, my daughter tends to get sick very easily and Dr. Albury always makes time to see her even when she is booked up.
