I almost wanted to pay them money to be done with them. Horrible. If there were negative stars I would give them more than a hundred. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM! If there were the option to leave "negative stars" I'd leave 100…read more I was a stellar tenant, always paid rent on time, never did anything to cause complaint by neighbors, followed all of their rules, made maybe 1 maintenance request during my time in my adorable little home in Butte. My job took a turn and I could no longer afford the rent, and had an opportunity to move out of state to live for free......before my lease was up. Instead of leaving them high and dry, I gave them about 60 days notice of my situation and FOUND them a new tenant so that they wouldn't be out any rent, and wouldn't have to spend any money on advertising the property. Upon moving out, I cleaned the house until it sparkled. The oven was not at a desirable cleanliness level when I moved in, so when I moved out it actually was CLEANER than before. I checked every lightbulb, every smoke detector. I mowed and weeded the front lawn. The back lawn needed to be taken care of, but I didn't have the tools for that so I left it for them (I fully understand being charged for the lawn care). I paid Master Cleaners to come and clean the carpets before I moved out. I was sent an invoice with a breakdown of what they were charging me. It included mostly things I had already done myself, including a CARPET CLEANING fee of $150. $50 more than what I had already paid a professional to do?! These "charges" all added up to exactly my deposit, ironically. On top of this, there was a $98 "balance" on top of this. YEAH RIGHT! A friend of mine broke her lease with this company because her unit was infested with mold and she and her dog got sick because of the inhabitable conditions. She also didn't receive any deposit back. My sister's boyfriend also didn't get any deposit back, and his "invoice" included a carpet cleaning fee.....HE HAD HARDWOOD FLOORS. DO NOT ever rent from this company. You will be sorry.
