    My experience with two 20 property (I won't say management because that was non-existent) is awful…read moreand over the trail of 3 years of renting. There customer service is absolutely horrendous, I am pretty sure no one there knows how to work with people. They are scammers, they scam people out of money by charging the tenants things the owners are supposed to pay for. They are unreliable when something is wrong, you call and call and call and then they will send someone over to fix something with duct-tape. The owner, Ben, needs to be more involved in his tenants and what is going on in his business rather than let his staff call of the shots and treat tenants with no respect or decency. They WILL find something to take your deposit, SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT rent from them. When our lease of 3 years was up, they did not cross check the move in report, we as the new tenants filled out, before they gave us our move out report trying to say things like, "uneven tile in the bathroom." These things are petty to say the least and as a renter, no I did not build this house. Them not cross checking reports, just SHOWS they do not know what they are doing in that business.

So under that false information, I begin the application process (application costs $40 per applicant). My GF and I were both going to be on the lease, so I explained to them how I was the only one entering an application until we had confirmation of the place we were renting to avoid being charged $80.00 when $40 could suffice. Lie #2 was that they would not charge for the application fee unless we had the place. And the third lie, was a few days later on the follow up. I called to confirm our place and was told we had it and that my gf should apply for the application then. Fast forward 2 days. They've charged my account $80 and have a contract on the place we wanted. I inquired on 3 separate occasions as the status of the place we were looking to rent. Each time, I was lied to and was coerced into beginning their application process. When I confronted them about misleading me, their words were "we didn't steal your money." I never once mentioned stealing anything. Their response was that our application is valid for 90 days for any of their other properties. Here's the kicker. That was the only property they manage in the town i live. At least if you're going to bait and switch, have properties to actually switch. Shame on you!

I tracked it and it was found under her desk and was opened. The Post Master said to call the FBI as it was a federal offense. We did and they paid Deb a visit. She had the audacity to get mouthy with them, but that didn't last long. She also took pictures of my daughter at the neighborhood park. Just my daughter no other children, no legitimate reason or context to do so.The agents confiscated the photos and gave her a warning. She thinks she has rights that she doesn't and that her tenants have none. In hindsight we should have sued her and the complex owners. Honestly I haven't given up on a class action suit now that I see she is still up to her antics.

How miserable. We didn't take pictures when we first moved in and we should have these places are disgusting they refuse to remodel. Our first carpet was still from 1980 it was the ugly brown stained rough crap. They remodeled a few and couldn't remodel the rest. So anyways they come in your apartment when you are gone which is not right. For privacy. We were late one time on rent and it took two days to get them the full money and they charged us $100 extra. That's just the start. We started in a one bedroom and then our biggest mistake we moved to a three. I know huge mistake. But it was worse. Piss stains on toilet. The whole place smelt like piss. And bleach stains every where on carpet. We finally moved out and would have been out in the begining of the month and they still charged us the full $600 for the whole month. And they said nothing about us getting it back. So we left stuff in there because there was no way they were going to get the full amount from us and then have someone else move in. So the end of the month comes and we're out completely. They don't even go in the apartment to do the last inspection for three days. Pathetic. It was all clean and done. And Jackie told us that the place looked great and we should be fine to get our deposit back by Christmas. I call Deb on Monday and see how it went, she she said she had a cleaning list. I got there and there was stuff that didn't even belong to us was placed in the cupboards. So I had to clean the stuff that wasn't even ours out. Don't ask how it got there. So I called Deb on December 5th and she said we got it she will send our deposit to us in 30 days. Now it's Christmas Eve and still no deposit. We got a package in the mail tonight from the legion, but it was all shredded paper and taped up paper that there was no deposit to be found just blank paper. Ever since I gave my 30 day notice Jackie has been bugging my mom about money she "owes" for the daycare. My mom kept track of the price and she doesn't owe as much as Jackie said all because Jackie lost a money order of $50.. Frauds. That's all they are. So we better get our deposit by the 5th of January. They both said we already deserve it and the place looks great. Otherwise I would love for the owner to see this and contact me please and thank you.

    I had a move scheduled with this company for 3:00 p.m. on a Friday because apparently they were…read morebusy all morning. I waited until 6:30 until I realized they were no showing. I had two days to find backup movers since I needed to be out of my rental before the end of the month. I called three times and text twice with no answer and no one cared to call me and say anything. This is horrible business practice and extremely unprofessional. I kind of can't believe someone would actually no show when you're in the middle of a major move. Very shady practices.

    This is a 2nd party company hired by HUB Group which in then is hired by JCP. The worst company I…read morehave ever had to deal with. The scheduled the first delivery for 12/15 without contacting me to verify if I was able to accept the delivery. I through HUB as Let's get moving would not answer my calls or call back, I ask if they can send a message to Let's get moving to see if they can deliver on 12/18 or 12/19. I was told they would call me to schedule the delivery. I did not receive a phone call, when I called HUB the automated gave me a delivery date of 12/22 between 3pm-5pm. I had a doctors appt in the morning so I thought the time was good. On the morning of 12/22 I decide to call HUB just to verify the delivery time and the time had changed to 10am - 12 noon, again with no phone call or text even. Cancelled my appointment waited for the delivery, they did not show up until 12:30 and they did not even have my entire order. They show up with just the box spring because they could not find the mattress in their warehouse, I told the delivery person that I would not accept just the box spring. He asked if I could sign the paperwork and I said I would not. I called this company a total of 10 times @ the following numbers given to me by HUB group: 406-490-5521, 406-409-2101 & 406-565-2555. You would think they would return 1 of my calls. The worst service ever.

    I did 4 different jobs with Scott Bruno moving company based out of butte. The movers did good wood…read moreon the 4 jobs. where my problem lies is with the owner. The last job he did my brother and both asked for receipts by email. He never did it. He told my brother he would email receipt of move within 1'to 2 hours on the day of the move. He never carried through on anything with our receipt request. He felt sending by text was good enough and we wanted either receipt mailed or emailed do we could have printed copy. unable to print by text. This was for our moms estate. Documentation is required. He refuses to accept a check. so I paid by cash. When my brother tried to call he couldn't get through. He came to conclusion guy blocked him or the number was mixed up. I gave him number I had on record and that didnt work. our conclusion guy is a scam, snd will never get our business again. each job cost 260.00. So he made a profit. part of doing business with public is keeping word and carrying through on customers request.

    2 very young and inexperienced boys showed up with no equipment and what was schedule for a 2 HR…read morejob turned into 7 hrs. They did not place boxes in the right room as the label indicated. Heavy boxes placed on top of small ones...not once did their boss/owner call me despite me verbalizing multiple concerns to these boys. The owner showed up at 9:40pm to collect payment and attempted to make excuses and blame me for their incompetence. I requested 2 guys for 2 hrs to unload a 20 ft u haul. Furniture included one reclining leather sofa, one small table, one book case. The rest included boxes of clothes and a few small appliances. They were the worst movers to date and I move about every 18 months to 2 years. I have paid multiple movers over the years and never experienced anything like this. And to top it off, when I tried to call this company a few days later to explain that they had arranged the boxes wall to wall in one room making it almost impossible to get them out, I never received a call back. They had blocked these boxes in with the book case and the bed that was already in the apartment. It took me days to unpack and I wasn't able to stay in the apartment because they had stacked boxes on the bed. Overall, this was a nightmare that cost me $300 and an extra 20 hrs of work.
