Idiots and Egos welcome. If you love this company they you obviously don't mind yr information…read moreexposed loose who can hack their platform. More obviously you didn't vet your solution and you definitely don't understand technology. You-just-got-sold by their sales Dept. Or your just cheap employer. Me: "I wouldn't trust this company's competence to pickup after my dog." Avoid this company at all costs. The high level of incompetence in the platform technology TagPay built - which holds all yr personal identity data, SS number, address etc. Is just an open door waiting to get hacked. I can only speak of my experience as an employee enrolling in direct-deposit. (Rocket science to this company.) 1. They couldn't find a Bank of America bank routing Number for direct deposit which should have been my first red flag. But the fact that the TagPay CEO - Ron and the CTO - Alex implied it was my mistyped error. Bluntly ignoring the routing number being valid on the BOA site and has been for 20years. But hey, as a 20+ technologist and developer myself I really need to spend 3 days and 5 emails to bug-shoot yr obviously inaccurate platform. (Excuse my Sarcasm, but really if TapPay could they just pretend they gave a little bit about their customer) They never got it correct either. Direct Deposit was a challenge for them. But let's get to the people because there are so many unprofessional issues beyond the technology platform they developed. 2. I in writing asked their main contact Audrey to delete all my Info when I ended my contract with company who employed TagPay. (No Response) 3. Hijacking the management of my 401K (your probably rolling yr eyes) Yup, this company with out my permission rolled my permission under their "401K Administrator- Kevin" management. They failed to notify that had down this in any capacity. That was April 2018, Then there is the 60-day window opportunity to roll yr 401K anywhere else. It requires a pretty standard document (annual disclosure document) to move it to yr chosen 401K managment company. I found out all of this by chance in June. 6 emails and 2 phone calls to the "401K Administrator- Kevin". One email from Kevin- it will take 24 hours because they haven't built that "required" functionality into their 401k employee management platform as of yet". So as that do nothing except burn through my 60-Days to roll my 401k away from this abomination of a company managing yrs (and my 401K) money I begin to pursue legal next steps. Btw they also card $75 to roll your 401k and 90 days to roll your account away of them. ($50 and 30 Days is standard in the industry.) This is not a customer-centric company.

UPDATED!! This is a…read morelate update, but I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. If my most recent interaction had been my first experience, I would have given 5 stars. Once the owner of Idealstage saw my concerns, he addressed them quickly and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. I am writing in hopes that this reaches someone who will actually address these ongoing issues. I am sending this through multiple channels, including email, Yelp and Google Reviews. If this matter is resolved promptly and professionally, I will gladly update or remove the review. However, at this point, the complete lack of communication, repeated order mistakes, and failure to properly resolve problems have left me extremely frustrated. I have deadlines to meet, and your company's poor customer service has created unnecessary stress and delays. Small customer or not, I still deserve the same level of professionalism, communication, and respect that any paying customer should receive. The following is a timeline of events regarding Order 1 and Order 2. On March 27, 2026, I placed Order 1 for 500 tumbler sleeves. On April 8, 2026, I placed Order 2 for an additional 200 tumbler sleeves. On April 9 and April 10, I received all shipments for Order 1. Unfortunately, the entire order arrived missing the shoulder straps, and the red sleeves were not included at all. On April 13, 2026, I contacted customer service regarding the missing items. The employee requested that I send photos by email, which I did immediately. After that, I had to repeatedly follow up for updates because no one communicated with me. I finally received a response late on April 14, after multiple attempts to get answers. Later that same day, Order 2 arrived, and once again there were major issues. The order was also missing straps, and the purple sleeves I ordered were replaced with a dull blue color that looked nothing like what was expected. Photos were again provided immediately. On April 17, after receiving no meaningful response, I called and left a voicemail because emails were continuing to go unanswered. To make matters worse, I was also charged import fees on orders that were incorrect from the start. On April 20, I finally received another email from the employee stating they would "try" to correct Order 2. I confirmed receipt of the corrected items for Order 1 while again bringing up the issues with Order 2 and the import fees. On April 24, I was finally told the fees had been refunded. Later that same evening, I followed up yet again regarding the still-missing straps and incorrect sleeves from Order 2. On April 30, Employee responded stating the supplier would correct the problems. Then on May 4, I was told the straps had supposedly already been sent with the first order. That explanation made no sense, because when the first replacement shipment arrived, I had not even received Order 2 yet and therefore had no way of knowing additional straps would be missing. At no point should the customer be left guessing whether they received the correct quantities or expected to discover shortages while trying to fulfill customer orders. Later on May 4, I responded professionally and asked for guidance before placing another order because I wanted to avoid going through this same situation again. I never received a response. On May 7, I emailed again trying to get an update and still received nothing back. It has now been weeks of chasing down responses, repeatedly explaining the same issues, waiting days or longer for communication, and dealing with order after order arriving incorrect. At this point, I honestly feel ignored and completely unsupported as a customer. I currently need to place another order immediately, but after everything that has happened, I have serious concerns about trusting this company again. No customer should have to fight this hard just to receive correct products and basic communication.

Don't bother with these clowns if you expect any level of responsiveness or professionalism. Ten…read moredays after I ordered just a plain sample, the replied with "the order is in production"...even that misinformation took them 3 days to send. When I replied that it was on sample so there was no "production", they said they would check on it and 3 day later, still no information. This company does not understand that their potential customers have events and deadlines and taking days to respond and weeks to fulfill orders is unacceptable. Take your business to another company that actually wants your business.
