I took my daughter to this pediatric dentistry was not impressed with the staff (not friendly for being pediatric) but though I would give it another chance since we don't have many pediatric dentistry in Casper so I took her again and I had to pay out of pocket because they weren't helpful enough to make sure she was eligible her response was "that's not my responsibility." so I was stuck with the bill paid some of it and explained to her (the manager) that the insurance was going to back date she told me she would try and will call me back if they didn't never heard back so I though everything was fine come to find out that I was sent to collection when, again they told that was not her responsibility and that they had sent the notice to a Po box I don't even have a Po box I guess that's not they're responsibility either, I've worked as a receptionist and we ALWAYS checked eligibility for the Patients I can't believe this. To top it off they cancelled an appointment that I scheduled before everything happened with out even telling me VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! read more
