Said how Chris got to know all his customers, etc. I went ahead and bought insurance that day and this telephone guy said they would call me soon to set up a time where I could stop by, meet with Chris for a little 'get to know you' chat. Never heard from them again! But a year later I did get a bill in the mail to renew my insurance. Of course I did not renew. Went to another company and actually saved almost $200!
