I took a chance on this salon and happened to visit a beautician who normally works at the Bromley…read moresalon was working there. She was great and talked me through everything she was doing. She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

This is a small but well run doctors surgery for all your basic medical needs. With the addition of…read morea part time women GP they are expanding the practice. Appointments are easy to come by and if you are an urgent case they will slot you in. The receptionists are warm and friendly and somehow this is the only doctors I have ever been to where I have not had to wait past my appointment time magic.
