I'm sick and…read moretired of going to counseling where they try and correct your problems, as often I find that I learn more about myself when I'm not treated as though i have a 'problem'. That's exactly what the 'soother' at Changin' Wind didn't do. I walked in, and she treated me just like a normal person - without any preconception that i was mentally ill. For an hour I was able to just talk, and she asked lots of insightful questions - it was just so nice to be properly listened to for once! All this in a comfy, quiet setting; on a sofa with a lovely cup of tea! Fantastic experience, well worth the money. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I went to visit Adam at his clinic in Harley Street on the 20th December 2014 and spent a long 4…read morehours there to cure my anxiety. Adam assured me it only takes one session. The charge was £395. I was sold after a long story about his life experiences. After the session Adam gave me a list of things that I need to do after for it to work. He did not tell me this beforehand, it sounded like I had to do all the work myself and I thought what's the point then?? I left the clinic feeling exactly the same. The next day I phoned Eva, his secretary and told her nothing has changed, she said I need to wait 21 days for everything to be "installed" in my brain, what a joke, again I was not told any of this before I paid. I waited 21 days and carried out most of the activities I was advised to do in an email from Adam, a list of 10 things to do!! Stupid things like singing in the street or dancing, like anyone does that! My anxiety was through the roof! I went to visit Adam again for a second session and after more pointless chat and assurance that everything will be fine I left. months gone by and still no change, I went for a third visit and had more hypnotherapy but still no improvement. Adam said it's because I didn't do everything on his special list and I asked him what's the point in his service if I have to do all the work?? I was assured that it would only take one session! He didn't offer my money back he just said he would keep supporting me until I'm cured even though I had been working with him for 6 months by now! What a joke! Waste of my money and time, I was left with even anxiety with the fact that I lost nearly £400 for nothing!!! This clinic should get closed down - do not waste your money on this fraud!!

Rebecca is amazing! I tweaked something in my back and since I couldn't sleep I found her site in…read morethe middle of the night and booked an appointment for a sports massage the next day. It was great to find someplace where I could make an appointment without having to pick up the phone. It was exactly what I needed - not a nice relaxing massage, she really got in there and worked on my back. I was up and walking around pretty much back to normal the next day. That's never happened before, usually I end up being pretty useless for a few days when my back goes but she really fixed me up. Since then I've been back for an osteopathy consultation and several sessions to work on fixing my back for the long term and she's been fantastic. I always feel great after an appointment!
