It is heartbreaking and explains a lot in terms of how we were treated, Lendans "just keep the meter going" billing, needless and over the top expensive strategic practices, costly recommendations, hostile behaviors and our terrible experience with Webb Law. We started in January just after his jury verdict against him. He spent 2 months and charged us for working on the wrong road! This was a resolved issue we had explained to him day 1 in January. Still they thought we had a great case and wanted to LITIGATE! We had to stop them in a March meeting and explain it to him again, huge waste of our time and money. They never answered our day 1 question "Can they do this"? He wanted to litigate until opposing counsel educated him. Then he proposed a $10K+ a day arbitration, we declined. Now we were at the end and told him so but he came up with some BS offer he had from the opposition to help with paying for the new driveway. That offer did not exist it and we never got it, just kept the meter going for another couple months. When he could not deliver the offer he came up with a 2 year delay strategy, he wanted to get paid 2 more years!! We said no then he blamed us for not providing information. He said if you can show you gave that to us I will wipe out your entire bill. He had that info the next am. Easement and prior expenses we had given them 1st week in January in our document upload and easily proved!. He had it all!! Still waiting for our check. He was condescending to me and my husband even questioning my husbands manhood. WTH! Read Witte vs Webb and learn. He says we did not pay, another lie we were demonstrably current 6 months in and were asking for the ficticious offer we never got. Then came the 2 year plan when we said no he fired us!! Do yourself a big favor and google Witte vs Webb if considering hiring this practice. None of it is our opinion just facts. He is a liar and worse

Maybe Tatro at one time had a conscience but we think he sold it....his partner Zamoyski,...not sure if he ever had a conscience. Bartolotta,...doubtful. They had a chance to be the hero's in this legal tragedy. They are not the hero's. They let us down...

The gain we received was, literally, 20x what the city originally offered. T&Z found strategies to improve the outcome that had a big impact - these were subtle things that lots of other attorneys would have missed. Things like comparing the square footage of our homes, instead of the number of bedrooms (the default). Or comparing beach-front properties like our own, instead of the more standard San Diego homes. These both improved the settlement value substantially. T&Z amazingly stuck with us for 11 years, fighting all the way to make sure we got the best possible outcome. Other attorneys would have bailed years earlier, taking a smaller payout so they could get the case complete and take on something more lucrative. And as a member of the class, anytime I called the office, their staff was extremely helpful. And best of all, these men had a sense of play. They're really likable guys who are great to work with. If you want vigorous representation, integrity, someone you can trust, and some fun thrown in too, these guys are perfect!

Now that he understood he said it would cost between 10,000-100,000 for a simple case and makes no promises or estimations as to what the money spent will go towards given the progression of the case. In other words give me 10 grand and I might work an hour, maybe not. But I'll need more later. I trust him as much as I trust a rock to float. If you want Competent representation do yourself a favor and avoid this guy like the plague!! Maybe being a bully works for him, maybe your rich and like burning money on a campfire. Your call

Robert has repeatedly used his so called "professional skills" to threaten our establishment to legal action in return for free service. At the time of delivery Robert was extremely happy with the service provided and even returned it the following day for additional service. Two days later he took it to another competitor whom completed service (we advised him not to accomplish at the time, due to the circumstances regarding the vehicle's surface). They completed the work and he now is attempting to blame the work completed elsewhere on our workmanshiip even though he was extremely satisfied upon completion at this establishment. This is not the "professional nor ethical" practice one wouid expect from any law firm. Trying to bully others to provide free service for individual gain is unacceptable!
