Customer service can still be professional when the answer is no, rathee than intentionally avoiding someone. **UPDATE: After I spoke to Matt Ooten himself, on 5/4/22 at 1:53 pm, 22 minutes LATER, he called me back and the first sentence out came, as a COMPLETE shock as he basically on several times said You're stupid. He continued to belittle me, attack what he believed was a low level of intellect in regards to my intelligence level as well as yell, AGGRESIVELY at me how, as Matt yelled "I WILL PERSONALLY MAKE SURE YOU CAN NOT GET ANY ATTORNEY IN KNOXVILLE FOR YOUR CASE" and then hung up on me.
