I very rarely write a review on Yelp. However, I cannot thank Steve enough for his kindness and compassion this morning. I am trying to help my son with an IRS audit. The amount in question is too small for anyone to want to help us with, but Steve took 9 minutes out of his life to speak with me and offer some very good advise. He did not ask me for anything other than my first name. I know if we need any help in the future or anyone I know needs a good tax attorney, this is the only place I would consider. Finding people who step back from their work to just be decent humans is hard. Finding people who actually offer help, without demanding payment, is almost impossible. THIS is a quality company. These guys helped me out of a jam. I am a self-employed individual and I had gotten lax with paying my income taxes. I had worked out a payment plan with the IRS but it was just too high and the IRS was still charging interest. These folks were able to work out a payment plan with zero interest going forward and lower payments. I sleep better knowing this issue is resolved. Found them on Yelp and thought I would give them a try as their specialties are listed as real estate and tax...exactly what I needed. I called and gave the person that answers the phone my information and the background of why I am looking for representation. I was told that she would talk to the lawyer and give me a call back. I called back the next day and spoke to the same person. She had "forgotten to call back". Got the apology, but then put me on hold and came back with, "we will not be able to help you. We are too busy with tax season." That could have been the answer the day before, so maybe she just didn't know they were too busy to take more clients. read more
