Food was cold, coffee was cold, couldn't get refills on drinks, only 4 tables in the building, but the waitress still couldn't keep up, too busy on her phone to pay attention to her customers. Tables were dirty, had to clean the table myself. read more

I was in Denny's early and ever heard a Manager, Helena, bragging and complaining about how sick she was and never called in. Now that she has infected the whole crew they are calling out for 2 to 3 days. She went on to say that she was so sick she had to go to the hospital and they said she has a respiratory infection. So bad that they put her on TWO antibiotics and a steroid. Although she tested negative for COVID she could had murdered ALL her coworkers and customers. Herlack of empathy and Humanity is shocking. Worst place to go to, PERIOD. It looked dirty and smelled dirty. We ordered 4 plates and they were poorly cooked. In one of those plates the bread had a thumb tack inside the bread, seems suspicious they laughed at the back of the restaurant when we told them about it. My very first and only visit here was so terrible I'll never return. I went one morning, not during a breakfast rush, it was more of a brunch time and ordered drinks and food. As I say there I saw many people come and go while my table's food was never brought over. An hour went by and I finally decided I would go elsewhere as I had a hungry kiddo impatiently asking why we didn't get food. When I told the cashier to charge me for my drinks as I was leaving they told me not to worry about them and I walked out. Lost my service for good. read more

If you have 2+ hrs to kill eat here! Waited 40 min to get sat while being repeatedly told "just a couple of moments". One server commented to another that "we need to get these people sat" which they responded with "*laugh* they're already seated" since we were seated at the waiting bench. Other guests would comment to us as they left after their meal with "good luck, we've been here for hours". At least 4 other parties ahead of head of left over the course of us waiting to be sat and another 3 before we decided to give to and just go to Taco Bell. He was playing with a Swiss blade pacing back and forth other than the fear and sketch it was honestly the worst Dennys experience I've ever had when the lady brought out our food we had asked for ranch and keep in mind her fingernails were all dirty brownish black under her nails... long story short bring us our ranch she ended up dipping her fingers each thumb into our ranch... Just moved into town and am staying in a hotel for a few weeks. Wanted a meal that was not fastfood. Thank you Denny's for an amazing experience. Thank you Doordash for contactless food delivered to my hotel room! Hot, fresh, and fast. I ordered a club and fries and a breakfast platter. The french fries were still hot and crispy, which was impressive because fries usually get soggy during transport. Coffee was also hot and fresh! read more

One visit: Standard good food you expect from Denny's. Told they only had one soup spoon in the place. They had to wash it and brought it out in a wet brown paper towel. 1215pm and no customers. When we arrived staff were outside having smoke break. Came in to find not a single booth clean. Waiter tried to seat us at one but when we pointed out it was dirty he said "dirty customers". He then said to wait while he cleaned it. While standing and waiting, my wife told the manager all the tables were dirty. He just turned and walked away. read more

Passing through and stopped here. It wasn't very busy but took at least 40 minutes to get our food after ordering. I got most of my order but not the pancakes. Waitress said she would be right back with them. Twenty minutes later she brings them after everyone else is done eating. They were hot so that's why the one star. The other food was barely warm. Other customers that came in well after us got their food before we did with the same waitress. Seems like if you are a local or they know you then you get your order first. I say that because the waitress talked to them like she knew all of them and kept going back and refilling their drinks and asking if they needed anything. When she brought stuff to our table she didn't speak to us as she was talking to the other table at the same time and just laid ours down and moved on. Came here around 8pm for dinner with the boyfriend. Place looked nice and clean. Our server was very tentative and looked like she hated her job. Hahaha. But I was okay with it. I ordered the new sticky bun pancake. Pancakes got messed up so I had to wait for those to come out. But when it did come out... boy was it delicious! Looked so good my boyfriend Had to take a bite. I enjoy Denny's, but that is only because I've eaten at other locations. If this was my only exposure to Denny's, I'd never eat at a Denny's again. The wait staff was great! And, if you have plenty of time to kill, go on ahead! If you don't, then definitely do not come here. The management of this particular Denny's establishment is poor at best. The food is still Denny's food, it's just takes an inordinate amount of time to get it and then your order will likely have mistakes. I'm not sure that the place runs poorly in the evening... I am leaving my review only as a result of two consecutive visits under the same management during the late morning hours that ended with much time spent waiting, while a wait person handled each customer with calm grace and tried to cater to arising complaints and order mistakes. My vegetarian wife ordered a cheese omelet, received a ham & cheese omelet, had it returned and received the correct order but instead of receiving a new plate with new hashbrowns, she received the same plate still with some ham chunks in the fringes of her hashbrowns. Then we walked in to order...as we waited we decided to call to see what would happen, the blonde lady who looks like she's on drugs (toni)...heard it ringing and NEVER answered!!!!!! Will NEVER eat here again!!! Waited longer than an hour for my "zesty nachos" (even though they were not busy at all). When they came, looks like the kitchen threw some nachos on a plate and dumped some dog food on top. There was no pico de Gallo and no sour cream. When I asked for a menu to make sure that the nachos came with more ingredients than what was brought to me, I told my waitress and she said "oh did u want pico and sour cream?" Which confuses me because I never said I DIDNT want those things. My husband and brother in law ordered an all American slam. Their food came without their toast and they actually ate all of their food before the toast was even brought out. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Horrible. I ate here once before, and the service was just as bad. Last time I said I would never eat here again but I decided to give it another try. Big mistake. I have officially learned my lesson! Honestly I don't require much when I go to a Denny's, I just want something easy and tasty, but this particular location was fantastic! Aaron was our server and he was exceptionally attentive, funny, and personable. We had a small issue with our order, but Aaron noticed it before it even hit our table. The entire staff was hilarious and every aspect of our visit was fantastic, it's really great to walk into a business and know that all of the employees are happy and like each other. read more

HORRIBLE. We were seated immediately upon walking in.. Waitress took nearly 45 minutes to take our drink and food order. We waited another 45-60 minutes for our food to come out. We were checked on twice the entire time we sat there. Waitress (blonde bun) was short and rude. One of the cooks was yelling at her from the kitchen while she sat talking with a customer. Our order was wrong but we didn't feel like waiting any longer so we just left and ate at another restaurant in town who had our food out in under 15 minutes. This place has it's good moments and very bad moments. For instance I've visited Denny's and the food was alright and ok for the price, then there was one specific day that I went out to eat there with my sister and best friend and it took a long time to get food, they had almost nothing on the menu I eventually decided on mozzarella cheese sticks because spaghetti is something I eat at home which is practically all they had. It was really expensive just for that and they had no desserts that day ethier. Where I live in town I have to go across town to get there so it really was not worth eating there. besides food being mediocre the place is usually clean though and is nice to sit in and just have a drink late at night with friends just hanging out. read more

Stay away from this place. Let's start off with the sketchy staff members I saw outside talking to a friend who had been stabbed (he was showing off his wounds right outside the door) to the women's restroom having feces on the floor & walls. Then the dining room was musty smelling. The menus were filthy and sticky as were the floors. We stopped in for desert/ice cream. They were out of two of the items we asked for, caramel apple crumb cake & Oreos for the shakes. Did I mention the sketchy staff. Once the stab wound guy came inside one of the guys from the kitchen saying he was going to "take care" of them for him because his shift was over in a few minutes.
