This place is always extremely understaffed. They don't appear to have a system in place to keep up with taking orders based on order guests are seated - may wait a looonng time for your order to be taken and person next to you may be seated and order immediately. Food was average but did not come out of kitchen at the same time. Toast was brought after rest of the breakfast was eaten. read more

Not a place I'll return to. The flies outnumbered the patrons. It was better once we moved away from the window booth to the serving counter. From here, we were immersed in the bickering of the staff: who was late, on duty, etc. Very poorly managed. read more

Staff seemed friendly enough but the service was slow and some of the food came out less then desirable. My sausage wasn't cooked and had been sitting out for a while. Toast was toasted at some point but was soggy. Nachos didn't look anything like the photo on the menu. read more

We waited over 90 minutes and they still could not get any food to us. The staff is unorganized, apparently nobody is in charge. The two cooks in the kitchen had long dirty looking hair, no hair nets, just hair flopping all around, the one with dreadlocks thought it was his job to talk at the top of his lungs about how great a cook he is. He talked down to all of the waitress's. Once they put the food on the serving area, the tickets were thrown on top and at least two times, they wrong food was taken to the wrong tables. Good people, but a Horrible place to eat anything at any time, after we sat it took them 10 min to get our drink orders, another 10 min to get our drinks 40 min just to get our orders and 40 min to get our food. I ordered fish and got it still frozen after I had a chunk of it and still had to pay for it, I had to get the manager because the waitress disappeared for 15 min and she was unaware why my plate was gone so I waited 20 min just to ask if my plate was finished and apparently it has been done and waiting. Great night cook, tweeker servers. My wife called in an order, and I picked it up on the way home. Took an hour and 20 minutes from time ordered to make two burgers...because the cook never got passed the order ticket. They also FORGOT HALF of our order. How in the hell do you "forget" half of an order PRINTED on a ticket? Your high, that's how. read more

My wife and I ordered a regular hamburger, fries and a coke. With an empty restaurant that took them almost an hour during dinner time. Several times I've gotten the wrong ticket. They need to update our rebuild. I think the staff try but they don't have the right chemistry to work together. GO TO MC DONALD'S FOR A BETTER BREAKFAST THAN THIS! If I could give this a zero I would. One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. 1. We waited at least 20 minutes before they even asked us if we wanted drinks and to order. 2. We waited another hour before we got half of our meals. 3. We never even got our full meal we ordered, they just didn't bring out the rest of our food or come back to our table. 4. No drink/coffee refills. 5. They charged us the wrong table and we paid for an entire extra meal, we didn't notice till after because they never even brought a bill. - we were so angry we didn't even bother going back for a refund because the experience was just that bad already it wasn't worth our time. 6. We had Britney as our waitress, she was probably so bad because she was too busy fighting with the kitchen staff in front of all the guests to be bothered serving her customers. I visited here for a few nights over 4 years ago (2011), since it was the only place to eat in town that was still open past 9:00pm (when I got off work). It's somewhat slow by then, since the crew is smaller. The food is also fairly decent. They may have had some kind of "special featured" food on the menu (for a limited time, etc), which was nice. read more

Went here again in the morning time. We waited over an hour and we still had not received our breakfast. The cook back there with dread locks flopping all over was complaining because some customers were asking the waitress, when their food was coming because they ALSO had been waiting BUT LONGER than my husband and I !! he was so loud and rude about it and made sure all of US CUSTOMERS were hearing him . We finally left , we didn't even bother to tell them or pay for the coffee. Hell we deserved a free meal for the damn wait !! And rudeness. As we walked through the parking lot back to our vehicle, I saw a family getting out of their car~" I told them don't waste your time, it's over an hour wait !!!" and still didn't get our meal. The place really needs to be scrubbed and cleaned and renovated . The cooks need gloves when handling customers food~disgusting ! read more

The folks are friendly and do their best to take care of you. My T-bone was tasty and the eggs were cooked to a perfect over easy. And there's a lot right beside the restaurant where I can park my big rig. I've stopped here 3 times lately and will choose this one over most of the truck stops I've tried. read more

Wife and I had the worst experience we have ever had here. Waited 15 minutes to sit while the host/cashier/busboy got tables ready. Waiter came over 10 minutes later got us drinks. 10 minutes more took our order and 25 minutes later got our food. Didn't see him again. We are our food with no condiments. We could not get a refill and we sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for our check. Finally got up went to the front waited 15 minutes for the busboy to check us out and then we were told our waiter quit. No one ever came by to check on us or several other tables. Hostess seated the folks behind us first, no biggie really. Everyones food came out cold. butter did not melt on pancakes. we started returning our plates as the table next to us started complaining that they were there long before us and were still waiting on food. we cancelled the returned food and left without eating. Jessica did a great job was up beat and very responsive she was hustling to help everyone including the table that was complaining, which was not her table. i heard a female employee that was dressed messy say, "we are busy, it is going to take time." read more

Will never return! Took my family to eat. People were getting food that walked in 40 minutes after we had ordered. Food was served cold and my daughter was falling a sleep after waiting for our food for an hour and 50 minutes. Then we went to pay for our food and a roach was crawling on the counter. I'll never go to this dump again. I went there a few weeks ago. Like everyone else I had to wait. The funny thing is they had about 4 or 5 servers and only 7 tables were occupied. They had plenty of staff to run the restaurant in a timely manner. That was the first strike. After a long wait, they finally brought our food. I ordered a simple club sandwich with fries. The fries were barely cooked. Some were not cook all the way. Second strike. I asked my server for chips instead. It shouldn't have taken him more than 30 seconds to grab a bag of chips and bring them to my table. After 5 minutes and while my food was getting cold, I asked another server for a bag of chips to replace my under cooked fries. By the time my food was cold and I still hadn't received a bag of chips, I walked out. The operation of this restaurant was bungled so badly, I felt like I had walked into a real live scene from dumb and dumber. read more

after getting the same basic chicken sandwich three times NOT COOKED I walked out. I am not eating undercooked chicken and getting myself sick. I left enough to pay for the food and drink that was ordered as well as the mozzarella sticks that had clearly exploded in the deep fryer and no longer had cheese in them but to top it off the lady in the back of the store cooking I was told was the GM to the store.THIS is what you want your store to be known for like seriously... store needs help and if this poor excuse of a cook isn't a cry for help I don't know what is. read more

I would give this place one star if it weren't for the few employees that can make this place good. I have lived here all of my life and have seen the good and bad of this restaurant... mostly the bad. For example, I went in last night with family. My pregnant sister-in-law and I both ordered the same chicken sandwhich. Lucky for her I took a bite first... they were BOTH raw in the middle. Pink, raw, chicken. The service was horrible (as usual) and we managed to finally get out of there two hours later. This is actually what everyone I know has come to expect from there though. The only saving grace of this place (which is why we have still gone back after countless bad experiences) is one cook named Ali (I think that is how you say it). He is a fantastic cook, and when he is working he makes sure your order is right and has to constantly yell at the waitresses to get the food out of the window because they will just leave it there. Sadly he has been moved to the morning shift, so that means I will not be going back anymore. So my opinion is, if you are willing to deal with extremely crappy service for some good food.... only go when he is cooking. If he is not there, you might as well leave.... it's not worth the time or money. read more
