Yesterday was the final straw. I had shopped there previously and dealt with an older salesperson…read morenamed Lou. He did everything possible not to use a computer. I went back in yesterday and unfortunately he was the one to " help" me again. I asked him if he could look me up in the counter from a few months ago, and that I just wanted the same suit in a different color. He immediately and rudely snapped back " why would I do that , I know your size already ". He then proceeded to mis size me no less than 4 times which then unleashed a series of events. He walked away in the middle of helping me to help another customer, he passed gas while talking to me ( wish I was joking), he made a fat joke about another customer who was looking at some Hawaiian type button down shirts. Finally when it was time to remember he was helping me, he told me the pants for the suite I wanted after he argued with me about the color being what I asked for , when it was in fact not. The pants weren't in stock and he could not give me a concrete time for receiving them , and I was on a time crunch for getting the suite. I asked him if the pants were in stock at another store somewhere, I could just go there. His comment back was "'why would you do that , if the pants are in Kentucky would you go there to get them " At one point when he walked away from me another sales person tried to help , but had no clue where we left off before he farted and then left to help anther customer in the middle of helping me. So I just had to wait. That was the end for me. I told him I had no tolerance to play games or waste my time , he worked harder to be unhelpful and argumentative than it would have taken to just help me. I ended up walking out of the store which was by far the most convenient option being less than a mile from my home just to drive to another store to give them my business and to help me. It's a shame that someone like this represents the brand , as I will not step foot back in there as a customer ever again. Unprofessional, unwilling to use technology , and unwilling to listen to the customer who was asking for something very specific lost a customer as well as the other family members in the home that will be needing a suit in the future. Honestly he's an older gentleman and I could have gotten past him farting while talking to me if he had actually been even remotely helpful. Thank you to Lou and Jos A. Bank for wasting my morning turning what should have been the easiest sale of the day into loosing a customer

I bought a suit today and noticed that the sales person rang up the suit for the full list price. I…read moredidn't say anything, I wanted to see if he would correct the price to the sale price, which would have reduced the price $150. I asked to have the suit seamed and I would pick it up later in the day. Before going back to pick up the suit I checked online and confirmed the sale price. When I went back to the store I told the sales rep that he failed to give me the sales price and that he needed to credit my card back $150. The sales rep response was that I didn't ask for the sales price!!! I told him that I have been a Josh A Banks customer for more than 20 years and I never had to request the sales price. The sales rep had a chance to be ethical and charge me the correct price but fail. Needless to say I'm disappointed and will think twice before going back or recommending Josh A Banks to anybody.

I've never bought a suit so we were pretty lost. Misha took over. My sons only requirement was "nothing fancy" Yes I would have loved him in a very stylish suit but he vehemently refused. Misha got it all together for him including shoes, belt, tie, shirts and even socks! We were extremely happy! She made it so much easier than we thought it was going to be. She even picked out a flashy tie to make me happy and my son gave the ok on it. All in all I can 100% recommend Karako and especially Misha. (No pics, sorry, he was just too embarrassed)

The store was very neat and orderly and is currently offering 50% off of EVERYTHING in the store. Upon checkout, I realized one pair of joggers was only $1.47 - $1.47!!!!!!!!! I went back thru the store and picked up a handful of tee shirts since I saved a few bucks - my lucky day! Joggers and tee shirts both seem very comfortable and well designed - not to mention they fit me perfect! I've never really shopped at Old Navy but after today's experience, I'll definitely be back!

Thrifting is supposed to be fun and welcoming but this particular employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I asked a simple question, they responded with attitude, seemed annoyed and acted like helping customers was a burden. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially in a place that depends on the community. A little kindness and basic respect would go a long way. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable and honestly didn't even want to continue shopping. I hope management addresses this because no customer should feel disrespected for simply trying to shop. I love thrift stores but experiences like this make people not want to come back.
