Peggy answered the phone immediately, was incredible in her customer service, and less than two hours later Seth arrived. Great young man who was articulate, capable, and friendly. Had the work done in an hour and discovered that our garage door doesn't really have to vibrate the entire house when it is going up and down!!! Highly recommend this company which is customer friendly, fast, high quality, and doesn't charge time and a half to come out on a Sunday!

If it came crashing down, not only would it hit my car, but possibly my family trying to exit the garage. Called over and over, only to be given the same "We'll call you back to schedule" line. Three weeks later, still haven't heard from them. Finally got another company out here and they said HCGD is notorious for avoiding warranty work. If they sense it is warranty service, they will simply avoid the person. Which is exactly what they did to us!
