One day I happened to walk past the passenger side of my car and noticed that the inevitable happened. Someone door dinged my car and left a pretty bad vertical gash. Company was included, by Yelp, when I went for a quote for some minor dents. They are "dent dynamic, paintless dent removal" so the name fits. But...the response I got was "unable to service." Huh? I explained what I needed to have done and I included a picture. Instead of responding with clarifying questions or telling me why he can't respond with a price he responded with that unhelpful response. But yet he takes time to respond to my review in great detail...so, again, I say huh? And, in my request for quote I said don't call me, rather respond in the system...yet in responding to this review, he calls me. I think I rated him too high. Oh, and by the way, other businesses responded asking for clarifying information and I provided it. That's the way the system is supposed to work so that customers don't waste time asking for a quote for people who have no business etiquette to respond appropriately and participate in the system for which they signed up. read more

Dent Dynamic is the real deal. Took a sharp dent out of my hood with relative ease despite my challenging circumstances: aluminum hood, matte factory paint, and a deep and creased dent. Came within 3 days, in time, worked very quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of my vehicle's materials and finish. His techniques also were able to overcome matte paint which is a specialty because he was able to smooth things out without relying on reflections in the paint.
