Color me impressed as far as how great a job Bullseye did in repairing three separate door dings (one each on three of the four doors on my vehicle); no hidden cost surprises either--after taking a look at the location of each of the dents Keith explained to me up front about potential additional labor costs due to the specific location of the dents and how for the driver's side door it wouldn't be safe to fix the dent by going in between the door panel and the window due to the risk of breaking the double-laminated pane of glass--thus they would need to remove the inner door panel to see if they could find another more safer way to reach the dent with their tools. Based on this I figured the price to repair three dents wasn't going to be cheap due to the additional labor involved in having to work on three doors but Keith was nice enough to pull some strings in making the final cost a less bitter pill to swallow. Side note--during the initial inspection/estimate I was initially a bit worried that they might not be able to remove the dents on my vehicle if only because Keith indicated that he had not previously worked on a vehicle like mine (Kia EV6) and that due to the specific location of the dents they were a bit concerned that they might not be able to reach the dents through the typical ingress locations (through the top between door and window glass, drain holes, etc.), and that even if the inner door panel was removed there was no guarantee that they might be able to find a way to get to it without having to resort to some "creative measures" (my words) but in the end luckily such tactics were not needed. In any case, Liam and the other person (sorry I forgot his name) did a great job in not only fixing the dents (one of the dents was right on the door crease line--they fixed that dent without ruining the crease line) but taking great care in removing the door panels without a scratch. Note--I chose to take my car to their shop rather than have them come out to my place because they needed to remove the door panels and as such they didn't want to risk getting them scratched up or damage due to not being able to place the panels in a safe place; no biggie, as their shop is pretty close to where I live plus they have a small waiting room stocked with snacks and drinks. Edit/update--I forgot to mention that I was told the initial estimated time needed to repair all three dents could be as much as 2 hours due to the additional labor involved (remove and reinstall three door panels) and potential degree of difficulty but in the end they got everything done in ~40 minutes! Not their fault regarding the following, but they did not perform any paint correction on the dents due to the factory matte paint on my vehicle; no biggie since as far as my own eyes were concerned, the dents were a much more noticeable eyesore than any paint that may have got removed as a result of the door dings. Needless to say, no more door dings--I would gladly give them my business again if need be! read more

If you mentioned the word "Karma" around me when I was in my 20's, I would laugh in your face.
