Ken, the owner, attempted to fix a small dent on the rear door of my vehicle. The dent was small…read moreand was done by a plastic garbage can. In the process of the attempted repair, my window to the door being repaired was scratched about 13 times by the tool used to in the repair process. The scratches are deep enough to catch a fingernail. Upon showing Ken the damage the next day, he seemed surprised that he damaged the glass but didn't offer any compensation or even an apology. Because the vehicle was only about 3 months old, he suggested that I take it back to the dealership and see if they would repair it. I related that the dealer would know that the damage was done by an attempted repair, as the damage was still visible and they are aware of the process of using a metal rod to go inside the window slot to repair the dent in the Paintless Dent Repair process. Ken then said "good luck" and walked away. The estimate to replace the window was about $450.00 and I'll still need to get another estimate on having the dent repaired correctly. Since crease dents are known to be one of the more difficult types of dents to repair, I initially went to the vehicle manufacturer's body shop for an estimate. Their quote was several times higher than what Zach charged, and they told me the repair would take 2-3 weeks and require a loaner vehicle. I also tried working with a local body shop. That experience was frustrating from start to finish. Every time I called, they assured me they could handle the repair and promised to call me back, but I always had to chase them down for updates. I even showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told they thought the technician had gone to my house to do the repair. It felt like they were simply acting as a middleman and referring the work to a contractor anyway. Zach and his company were the complete opposite. Communication was excellent from the start. He was responsive, easy to work with, and even confirmed the appointment the day before the repair. Most importantly, he delivered exactly what he promised. The repair took about 2.5 hours, and the results were incredible. I honestly cannot tell where the crease dent was. The panel looks completely original, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. If you have a dent that can be repaired with PDR, I would strongly recommend calling Zach first before going to a traditional body shop. You'll likely save time, money, and a lot of frustration.

Jim had my vehicle for two days, compared to the eight days required by said nearby competitor. Apprehensive at first, because as a consumer, in my mind, I assumed the work would be subpar at that price. But Jim was honest about the work, and the reason it would cost more at other body shops (When you go to him for a repair not covered by insurance, he'll tell you why). The finished work was beautiful....and on time, as promised!. No hidden costs or unexpected delays. My summation: Jim is an honest, professional, and personable businessman. The hood that I could not open, he opened, adjusted and said it was just fine (another shop said it "could" cost $700 to fix the hood) After spending 15 minutes with us Jim told us not to worry about the basic plastic (we could try to snap it in or just take it off) and that the car was just fine to drive.
