Despite my crappy insurance company (you know the one cough Jake cough) the car was done January 14th. After a cursory inspection it appears to be a first class job. I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me get back on the road with my vehicle so I was no longer house bound. My vehicle was also washed along with the inside wiped down. While I understand some delays may result from insurance approvals, Faulkner made little effort to keep me informed. I wasn't notified that a supplemental repair request had even been submitted until weeks later. No one proactively communicated that they were still waiting on approval from Penn National. I had to escalate the issue myself to find out that work on the suspension hadn't even started. I expected a professional shop to provide clear, timely updates -- not leave the customer stuck in the middle with no communication for over two months.

Drove it for a week with a rubbing sound whenever I turned left. Then, notice the bumper was not snapped on properly and the hood was put on crooked. Took it back May 5th and still don't have it back a month later. Now they sent it to yet another shop to make sure it gets properly fixed. Oh, and the tech that did the initial repairs no longer works there. He was let go. It's a joke dealing with them. The only positive here is that they are paying for my rental. I cannot believe insurance companies recommend this place.
