He clearly assumes his customers are ignorant. His behavior didn't stop there. He resorted to absurd scare tactics, telling my wife that the car could "pivot on any object in the road and flip over." That's not mechanical advice--that's something out of a bad action movie. Fear-mongering a parent and child to justify a scam is beyond unethical. Well they had it for 3 days and the only thing they managed to do was blow a couple fuses and cause malfunctioning on my ECM unit. They messed up so bad my vehicle would not now start. So my car was dead in there bay and it wouldn't start. Plus the original problem was still existing. They didn't claim responsibility and refused to tow it to the dealer. They were super honest and didn't try to fix things that were not in need of repair and gave it a clean bill of health. I brought in our Jeep for its annual inspection with the same results.
