Eventually he acknowledged me, pointed to his earbuds and said he was in the phone and to take a picture of the number. I did this and called him, leaving a voicemail. Brian called me back and told me he would be in the gym and to make sure I flag him down to get a quote. I saw Brian in the gym about 15 minutes later and approached him. He again ignored me for a moment and then turned and looked at me, pointed to his earbuds and said, "I'm on the phone". Clearly, Brian didn't want my business, but he definitely didn't have to be so rude about it. I have heard that he is like this to many other people, makes sense that he doesn't have a Google review page. If you want to get treated properly or with any amount of respect, please steer clear of this guy!
