I have bent rim and am in need of getting it repaired. I searched for the top places locally and this business was on the list. However, my experience was less than stellar. I called several times and never got an answer. I even left a voice mail with exactly what I needed. I never had my call returned. I even messaged them on social media with detailed pictures of what I needed fixed and I never got a reply. At this point, 4 business days later, I will be going elsewhere, as I shouldn't have to try this hard to get attention from a business. Almost impossible to get in touch with someone. Also, I just found out that my car won't pass a safety inspection because the tint is too dark. I was new to the state and never dealt with vehicle inspections before so I had NO CLUE that it was too dark. They took my money not once but TWICE in the same year (retint after windshield replacement) and didn't utter ONE WORD of caution about the tint! Had multiple services performed. Wheel curb rash repair on two cars. Tinted windows. And ding repair. Wheel service was awesome. Both cars looked brand new after service. Tint was too dark to pass inspection, but technician came out and replaced to a lighter tint. Issue I have is the ding repair work. Dripping topcoat really defeats the purpose of me getting work done. Wanted to support a local business, but these guys never cared enough to make me a happy customer. I thought that the recommendation such as what I received would put me in good hands. I was directed to speak to Daniel specifically. I called and left a message on Sunday expecting to receive a call back before end of business Monday. I called late Monday because I had received no response from him. I asked when he might be able to come out and take a look at my car and mentioned that I would be leaving town the following day on Tuesday. He told me he would not be able to look at it on Monday which I did not expect as the day was nearly ended. I was offered by him to take a look at the car on Wednesday and we agreed on a time for 9 a.m. . I made preparations with management of the building that I live in to allow him to come in to take a look at the car and perform the repair needed. This is to be a dent removal. After making arrangements for him I heard nothing back from him until I called early afternoon on Tuesday. This after having sent text messages asking if he was able to look at it and then asking him what's going on. All of which were never responded to. When he finally called me back in the early afternoon, he told me I was the next person for him to go see the vehicle of. After that he cut all communication even after I sent two text messages asking what he thought about the repair. He never showed up nor did he contact me to let me know he never showed up. Anyway, I would not recommend Daniel nor his company at this point, for any type of repair. The lack of common courtesy, communication and overall rudeness of not showing any interest in communicating with me is enough that I would not recommend his services to anybody. I couldn't give less than 1 star for this !! I was completely sad after the job they said it's done. I had 2 deep scratches on my car and some normal scratches which will go off with just the normal detailing. The deep scratches can just be covered by with the touch-up but still be noticable , I can understand that and I have also agreed on that. For normal detailing , Daniel said it was going to cost 350 and for applying touch-up it's gonna cost $100 more since they have to come a day before and do the touch-up and let it dried for atleast few hours. I said , I am ok with that and have the groupon coupon for $150 . I appreciate that Daniel offered to honour the coupon and I had to just pay $300. So, technically my car should be detailed in-out completely for $350 work since they are honouring the $150 coupon . But, they just cleaned the dust inside the car and left the trunk as is and guys it's just dust cleaning not the interior detailing. Even the exterior polishing and waxing , I don't even feel they actually did something. I just feel I have given my car for manual car wash nothing much. I was told that some sun circles that are formed by regular automatic car wash would be gone by detailing , but I still see a lot of them. Even though they haven't honoured the groupon coupon I had , I even don't feel like that is worth $200. And for the extra $100 which I paid for touch-up , I am disappointed here as well . Because , I have commited to pay this amount since, they said they had to come a day before the detailing(not sure if I can call it detailing or manual cleaning) . But, they ended up coming on the same day applied the touch-up and not even waited for atleast an hour. They just started applying the compound immediately in 10min and did the buffing. I feel so disappointed after the work they did. I feel like , I could have got it done far better for the price I have paid. read more
