I made a first-time appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. I have several different dental needs, and with multiple dentists on staff, everyone I interacted with was incredibly polite and helpful. Dr. Kahn was wonderful, very kind and thorough. They took my X-rays and even offered to do my cleaning, fill my cavities, and address another concern all in the same visit. The dental assistant, Bailey, was also so friendly and welcoming. Overall, the office has such a personable, relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. I genuinely appreciated the care I received. Thank you for taking such great care of me. This Dental office is the worst Dental office I've ever been to. The patients time doesn't matter to this company at all. Even if you hVe an appointment they have you waiting hours. This past Saturday 1-3-26 we had an Appointment for 9:30 am Not only was there no employees or Dr's there was no sign, call, or txt to say our appointment was canceled. So unprofessional. This is a poor dentistry and I would avoid them if you can (the comments and reviews below speak for themselves). I've spoken to management and apparently they're overbooking appointments in order to reduce the amount of no-shows (the issue is that, if you're one of the patients that actually shows up on time, you can expect wait times averaging well over an hour). The facility is rather unkept/dirty. If you can't get into another dentistry, my advice is to simply be assertive with them and ask questions throughout the visit/process (hold them accountable and don't let them treat you hastily). read more

Guess what insurance will not cover a second opinion. Considering this is a service for low income families l am grateful it can help my son. That being said, this is what I encountered walking through the door. Both office personnel were occupied, one on the phone and the other with checking in a couple. When one female got off the phone she asked if my son had signed in. I had to ask her to repeat herself because the television volume was roaring. Between the multiple "F" bombs and screaming my son told me the movie was The "Terrifier." The scene on the screen was a man beating another to death with a meat hammer. The screaming was so loud I finally got up and asked them to change the channel. The associate looked annoyed but did so. She quickly changed the channel to a Jackie Chan movie dubbed over Chinese with the first scene being a baby being delivered. More screaming. I tried to answer my son's questions but could not. I asked if they might turn it down. The staff couldn't look more annoyed. The fact that not one thought was given as to what channel she turned it to or the volume level pretty much says it all. How does one make a phone call to this place? How is information relayed accurately? Regardless of the location, isn't a safe assumption that there should be even the slightest degree of professionalism? I mean, it is a dentists office. Very awful facility! I went in for a consultation and they checked my teeth and wanted to pull my teeth the same day without knowing my health records. I told them I have to contact my cardiologist and let them know, because I had medication I had to stop prior to me having my teeth removed. I had 9 teeth pulled when I had returned. They did not provide me with aftercare nor medication. No stitches. I kept moving , they didn't put enough numbing and I kept kicking the seat in pain. They proceeded anyways. I ended up passing out and having to go to the hospital. I then tried to call back after a few days and no one would pick up to the phone so I can tell how horrible of place this was. - Should be called DENTAL NIGHTMARES! Wait time is horrible. They do not do immediate follow up care. My wife could not get in for a week or two after she develop an infection. They ONLY pain medication offered is Tylenol or Ibuprofen. We went in for a referral and they decided to pull 13 teeth themselves. No stitches. Poor poor policies. Don't go here for anything. read more

I am writing this on behalf of my brother. He was in to get his tooth pulled Monday, December 27th. When the dentist came in she immediately started telling him how bad his teeth were. When the dentist went into the next room to get ready, that is when my brother could hear them talking about him. The dentist herself, the assistants and the receptionist. They were arguing over who was going to work on him because he teeth were so "nasty" and his breath was so bad. They said "i'm surprised you didn't pass out from his breath." This is when my brother got up and left. He is so embarrassed and feels worse than he already does about his teeth. This is highly unprofessional. They do not know a thing about him. I can not believe these women are in this profession. I'm sure that he is not the only person in the world with bad teeth. The most important thing is he is making steps to correct his teeth. He doesn't have a lot of money and can only do what he can. So little bit at a time. I came here earlier this week and received the worst service I've ever experienced at a dentists' office. However, after a very upsetting experience and a detailed Yelp review to follow, I got phone calls and apologies and assurance that it would not happen again! Came back today, and I was back within 10 minutes! The receptionist up front (older with dark hair, nice makeup) was very rude to my cousin, but aside from that everyone was absolutely pleasant and very professional, definitely knew what they were doing and handled my teeth with great care! Wonderful staff! Great second visit, overwrites the initial experience by far. An EXCELLENT place to bring your children for they are patient and kind, and yourself as well! I am in the process of getting all my teeth pulled and getting dentures. I have very high anxiety about dental work due to past traumas with oral surgery. I am very embarrassed about my teeth being removed at a pretty young age. it has to be genetic my brother and grandma both had dentures by 20 years old. Anyways, i have been working with the same dentist and assistant through the whole process and I love them both. I will consider them my friends after this. They are very busy and it can make for a long visit.
