This is a phony dental group, Dr Aguilar and his team completely ruined my…read morebeautiful virgin teeth perfectly functioning bridge and covered them with very cheap, unfinished veneers.Not only were they poorly made, but they were improperly and incompletely sealed. I have had 2 root canals done in less than a month after they installed the veneers. I am still seeing a Dentist in Puerto Vallarta at this time, having a complete redo of the horrific work they did on my teeth. Dr Aguilar himself orchestrated the destruction of my teeth, details i will not get into right now. I just want to warn anyone who has even considered using this clinic, I am paying a very high price for making a very bad decision, the vibes were really bad after the first visit when they completely grinded (not shaved) my teeth and then tried to send me home for the week with a piece of putty to cover the destruction. I had never been so humiliated and overwhelmed with the feeling of powerlessness at the same time. As I sat before Dr. Aguilar weeping and begging for his help, he was deaf to my concerns and fears, but he assured me that he is an accomplished man, who also is a nascar driver, and how dare I question his tremors, his hands were perfectly steady , displaying them to me in a very angry tone (something I expressed concern about with his secretary Lety, when he did the exam his hands were noticeably shaking) I consider myself a strong woman, retired US Navy veteran, but this man scared me. As I sat across from him in his office, inhaling his dirty ashtray, I prayed that somehow he will show me favor, I have just lost my teeth. He is an egotistical self absorbed flim flam man who has not the level of ethical professionalism to serve the public, his behavior is abbohorent and I am seeking to let everyone know the truth. And what good dentists chain smokes? The pics are before Kemm and after the first visit prep work, which were prepped for crowns rather than veneers, and the unfinished veneers. God is good I found an excellent group in Puerto vallata that saved my life.‍

I flew to CDMX because my new dentist in the US wanted to charge me $6k for root canal, crown work,…read moreand a few fillings. That's crazy! So I took a chance and went on my first "medical holiday". I found Dentalisima online probably like you're doing now. Dr. Rodrigo was literally the best dentist I've ever been to. He was friendly, spoke great english, was straightforward, took plenty of time to explained the best dental treatment for my situation. We scheduled the date and time over WhatsApp with his assistant about 2-3 weeks before my trip. Since it was our first time going to another country we confirmed over and over (probably a little over kill). But they were so polite and quick to respond. We arrived at our AirBB the night before and quick uber to the address in the morning. The dental office is on the 3rd floor of an older building. You have to ring the exterior doorbell and the attendee for the building will buzz you in. You will sign in and leave your ID before you go up the small elevator. There is a small sign on the door and you ring the doorbell for entry. The office is 3 good size rooms and a small hallway connecting the rooms with a few chairs to wait. While it's a different or more informal dental customer experience than what you will be familiar with in the US, the equipment and education of the team is excellent. This is one to take a chance on if it's your first time getting dental work in CDMX. Glad I did and our family will be going back there for years to come for our dental needs.
