I think one year he removed a cyst from my neck, which was a small surgery that involved stitched. Most usually I have showed up here without an appointment, and it has never been a problem. I know that most normal patients would take the time to schediule an appointment, but more often than not, I dont know what my schedule is on a day-to-day basis. This place keeps me busy for sure! He has always been here to help me. For you expats, this office would not seem typical of a doctor's office in the U.S. you greet the doctor in his office with an actual office desk. But trust and believe, this doctor is top notch and has a vast amoint of 40+ years of experience in dermotology. I also like the fact the he mixes the injectables right there in front of you. Too many times in the states I was left wondering just how much saline was being mixed with the injection.

We pretty easily found the location thanks to the neon green SPA sign affixed to the wall - stylish and helpful! Upon arriving, our services are started on time and neither of us had any complaints. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. Because I am not a fluent Spanish speaker, they were very accommodating and provided a technician Erik who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I finally came for my sessions (three in total because they offer helpful packages) the same technician who I met with beforehand was there to help. They did a fantastic job making of making me comfortable throughout the process and the facial I got was the best I ever had. They went into detail and cleaned every last pore. I couldn't be happier! The session was handled by Juana, a professional, respectful, and knowledgeable therapist trained in reflexology. The experience was soothing and memorable. The location is modern, comfortable--perfect for relaxing. Soothing music played creating a calming atmosphere that took me away from the stresses. They also served a warm herbal tea. Juana's technique showed she's experienced. I left feeling relaxed, with relief in my feet, where I had asked for her focus. I recommend this place, and Juana. They take pride in their work, and the skilled hands of the therapist is unmatched. I'll definitely be back--next time I'm in D.F.
