Instead he used a cheaper in house type of retainer to fix my teeth. When I moved out of state I found out I could not complete my treatment as Invisalign was not used. When I contacted his office I was told in a nutshell too bad. No refund of any kind. Also, he is so busy he could never stop to discuss my care. He is rude to the young people he employs which is a shame because I like them. It's taking a chance to use him even though he has a reputation for skilled work. His ethics are lacking.
