Then real life hit--I had a serious housing emergency and had to drop $6,000 just to deal with it. On the day of my appointment, I was hours away handling that situation. When I explained this, instead of showing even a little bit of understanding, they immediately jumped to a $100 no-show fee. I told them I wasn't in a position to pay that given what I was dealing with, and they said they'd call me back to reschedule. They never did. Instead, I get a cold, corporate email saying I'm no longer welcome as a patient because I "refused to comply" with their policy. No conversation, no follow-up, no attempt to work anything out--just cut off. Let's be clear: life emergencies happen. The way a business responds to that says everything about them. This office chose zero empathy, zero communication, and total disrespect. What makes it worse is saying one thing (we'll call you to reschedule) and then doing the exact opposite behind the scenes. That's not just bad service--that's dishonest. If this is how they treat new patients over one emergency, I can't imagine how they handle anything more serious. I'll definitely be warning others I know who were considering going here. There are plenty of dental offices out there that actually treat people like human beings.

I didn't tell them about Dr Wade saying I needed 3 crowns and a filling. They looked over the Xrays from Dr Wade and determined that they needed a few more. They Xrayed the areas that were missing and not clear, and they determined everything looked fine. They said I would need to schedule a cleaning in a few months, and I did. They had the Xrays that Dr Wade had, and didn't see the need for 3 crowns and a filling.
