During that time, and when he transferred his practice elsewhere, he continued with his dedication and caring service. He has always been upfront with his recommendations and being concerned regarding our satisfaction and well-being. There have been a few times where he would call us to check how my husband felt after his appointment or if there were any other problems to contact him immediately. We recently learned Dr Kirpekar is going to continue his practice at Merit Dental in Sandusky, Ohio. Unfortunately, the location is too far for us to travel, so we are back to square one in finding a dentist who will be as caring as Dr Kirpekar. Got in the same day. Reception staff was friendly and after 15 minutes in their waiting room they had me running the circuit getting X-rays and all that. The dentist Mr. Lao was good at going over all the results and explained everything to me. Had to wait until the next week to to get in with the hygenist to get my cleaning although that was mainly due to my own schedule. Next visit went equally well, they take lunch at 1pm so I was able to run over from work and get my cleaning in. The hygenist was super friendly but took a little longer because she was doing a whitening on on my neighbor at the same time. Overall it took about an hour to get in and out for the cleaning but it'd probably be closer to 40-45 normally. Overall I liked this place and would come back.
