Visiting from USA and I looked up a dentist near me. This place had amazing reviews. So amazing in fact it seemed too good to be true. But I took a chance. And I am so glad I did! The space is quite quaint and it's just Dr Rodrigo and his assistant. But it's so clean and professional. He and his assistant were so kind and welcoming. He is extremely talented knowledgeable and passionate. He educated me on things I didn't even know I wanted to know and made me feel at ease. Coming from the States I Can not believe how affordable it was to get seen by a dentist. I received probably one of the best and deepest cleanings I've ever received. Usually in the States I feel like they just floss and brush my teeth. But Dr Rodrigo really got in there and cleaned my teeth unlike ever before. I also got my teeth whitened for a fraction of what it would have cost back home and I am so happy with the results! And I also got custom mouth guard to aid with my grinding of teeth. Like I said all of this was less than I would have paid for a simple cleaning in the states. I can't recommend him enough. His passion shines thru and I will try my best to see him when I'm in Mexico from here on. When scheduling an appointment the best way to schedule is thru WhatsApp. Which was kind of strange for me. But I ended up loving it! Because we were able to communicate back and forth quite efficiently. And he also followed up with photos of the services I received along with recommendations to help give me the best smile possible. He speaks amazing English and is very easy to comunícate with. The office was a little strange to get to but I did not mind. You first have to buz to get let into what seems like a garage. And then you can take the stairs to the third floor. Then you have to get let into the actual lobby of his office by buzzing again. I guess what I'm saying is take a risk and I promise you will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend! Went on a wedding anniversary with my wife! And ended up having a pain on one of tooth's and we found this dentist really close where we're staying I called in a the took us the very next day!! Really fast And friendly doctors they did a deep cleaning on us it was very fast and very well done lucky I didn't need to have a tooth canal procedure!! I flew to CDMX because my new dentist in the US wanted to charge me $6k for root canal, crown work, and a few fillings. That's crazy! So I took a chance and went on my first "medical holiday". I found Dentalisima online probably like you're doing now. Dr. Rodrigo was literally the best dentist I've ever been to. He was friendly, spoke great english, was straightforward, took plenty of time to explained the best dental treatment for my situation. We scheduled the date and time over WhatsApp with his assistant about 2-3 weeks before my trip. Since it was our first time going to another country we confirmed over and over (probably a little over kill). But they were so polite and quick to respond. We arrived at our AirBB the night before and quick uber to the address in the morning. The dental office is on the 3rd floor of an older building. You have to ring the exterior doorbell and the attendee for the building will buzz you in. You will sign in and leave your ID before you go up the small elevator. There is a small sign on the door and you ring the doorbell for entry. The office is 3 good size rooms and a small hallway connecting the rooms with a few chairs to wait. While it's a different or more informal dental customer experience than what you will be familiar with in the US, the equipment and education of the team is excellent. This is one to take a chance on if it's your first time getting dental work in CDMX. Glad I did and our family will be going back there for years to come for our dental needs. read more

I would highly recommend Dentalisima. I was on a tour through mexico and was having horrible tooth ache and needed a root canal. I was able to schedule an appointment by phone for 2 days later when I was die to arrive in mexico city. The procedure took one hour, and after that I was pain free. I literally had the best experience at the Dentalisima Dentista, the doctors and staff were so helpful to make arrangements for me and helped erase all my pain. My family took a trip to CDMX and I had excruciating pain from an existing broken crown and they were able to schedule me in within my 3 day span of vacationing there. I looked up the nearest dentist and this place caught my eye because of the reviews. Let me tell you this place is great!!! I am extremely insecure about being judged especially the way my mouth needs help, but the doctors made me feel so comfortable and I felt amazing at the end of every appointment. The doctors were bilingual and able to answer all my questions with confidence and made sure I was very comfortable while having my mouth worked on. If I was a local they would 100% be me and my families full time dentist. I'm actually sad that it can't happen. This place is clean, bright, welcoming, safe, and beautiful! Everything inside the dentist office looked so clean, updated, and professional. I really wish I can go back to fix the rest of the issues in my mouth. The pricing is extremely reasonable and 100% less expensive than the dentist in the US. Provided are the before and after photos of the work that was done in THREE days! My wife & I are so pleased with the care we received at Dentalisima. Dr. Rodrigo is exceptional across every dimension that matters to us in a dentist. He is clearly passionate about his craft, provided us with his undivided attention during our visit, took time to understand our needs before proposing solutions, recommended services solely based on our priorities, provided crisp explanations to all of our questions, and was available on short notice. My wife lost an inlay over the holidays. After researching many dentists in CDMX we reached out to Dentalisima via email. Dr. Rodrigo responded fifteen minutes later with some suggestions, questions about our priorities, and availability within the time window we wanted. He was clear about the services he'd be able to provide as well his limitations (we had some pretty specific requests). We also set up time for him to clean our teeth since it had been a while since we'd done this. We spent a little over three hours with him during our visit, during which time we had his undivided attention. Dr. Rodrigo was able to reuse the gold inlay after confirming there was no additional decay which was wonderful because this was our desired outcome. He personally cleaned my wife's teeth, polished & buffed the inlay, then bonded it back to the tooth. We took many pictures along the way and we were pleased with both the process & outcome. He also cleaned my teeth. This was uneventful but I appreciate him patiently answering my many questions afterwards. He also created an occlusal guard for my wife since she grinds her teeth at night which we were able to pick up the next day. I loved that he never tried to upsell us on anything and that there were no surprises when it came time for payment. The overall cost was less than it would have been for us in the US, but more importantly the level of care we received was far superior. We've visited dozens of dentists in our life since we move frequently and our experience with Dr. Rodrigo exceeded all of these. We will go out of our way in the future to visit him next time we need a dentist. read more
