They…read moreapparently have a five minute leeway policy that is taped to a glass window and is not in any way. Notified electronically with the appointment confirmation text messages. Nobody in the waiting room. We were told they strictly see a patient every 15 minutes so that's why after five minutes they had to make you a no-show. I waited in the parking lot to see if the next appointment showed up on time at sharply 11 o'clock and they did not. Nor did someone leave at 11 o'clock. So this strict 15 minute schedule back to back appointments does not appear to be truthful. I was told that there was a patient already back there. So they must've been the 11 o'clock and they went back early. Came out at 11 minutes after 11. The 11:15 apt did not arrive. I waited until 11:25. No next patient arrived. They are lying and at the expense of my 92 yo father. I also Asked to speak to the office manager, and she conveniently was not in this office location on this date. Do not Use the specialty for any care!

He treated me for plantar fascitis with x-rays, exam of my foot and then gave me arch supports for my shoes and a splint for my foot to sleep in or rest in while watching tv to keep my foot at a 90 degree angle. He did not try to upsell me into services but he did take the time to explain my options and the benefits of the treatments. Because he was so gentle and caring, I did opt for orthotics and they have been a blessing to me. The orthotic fit like a glove and they are made out of premium materials very durable. I move them from gardening shoes, to running shoes and my office loafers with ease. they have a great selection of footwear for all seasons. Again, no one tried to push any products at any time during my visit. The daignosis and treatment for my feet have increased my mobility without pain. I appreciate them and so will you.
