I attended this dentist for an emergency appointment, which unfortunately turned out to be a nasty…read moregum infection; the appointment was handled brilliantly and I was treated by a dentist who seemed to be very understanding, helpful and dealt with my issue quickly. Due to my positive experience I decided to attend this dentist surgery all the time, they were able to allow me to attend with the same dentist who did my emergency treatment and I thought that I had found a good dentist surgery I could trust. However, after my first appointment I was told that my teeth had serious issues that couldn't be dealt with by a general dentist and that I needed specialist treatment at the dental hospital. I was pretty upset but grateful that they had managed to find the problem and went to the dental hospital two months later to get treatment, however when I was seen by a specialist they couldn't understand why I had been referred and told me that my teeth were absolutely fine and I only needed a few fillings. I returned to the dentist surgery but they then refused to see me which led to me finding another dentist surgery who are amazing and I have attended since. Since then, the dentist who I was attending at the time has left the surgery and I hope that my case was just isolated and very unlucky but it shows that you should definitely get a second opinion on things; I personally wouldn't recommend this dentist surgery after my own experience.

Well this is from April 2016 I had went in with what I thought was a burnt blister, but you see I…read morehave a tooth with a deep cavity and infection had set in, mark put me on antibotics and invited me back two weeks later for a root canal, scared ain't the word bloody fear, not because of mark but of the procedure, then I had to return after first root treatment as it was in two parts. The 2nd two week wait made it harder for me again but the final part was made less scary by Mark and now treatment done. I would still worry again in the future again but he did help November 2015; I had to go again with another small worry but they are making time for me again, nothing seems a problem to them. Well I have been too many dentists with the exclusion of one I certainly didn't trust. But then along comes Mark. He is a ace dentist and I have total and complete trust in him. He knows about my personal issues and takes them on board when treating me. I always feel advice he gives is honest. Like for scalings due to issues with sensitivity makes sure I'm numbed up. He always makes time for me no matter what the issue is. He is a credit to the practise. Also I have met Jayne when I had plaque build up on a tooth and she helped great also. The reception staff always a pleasure, For me to go to a dentist there needs to be something good safe and comforting and this place ticks all the boxes I don't deny I'm still scared of going to the dentist, scared of what they might say and worse what might need to be done, but mark does make it easier

I see Keiran at the practice and he is extremely patient and kind to me - I am not great with dentists and so the fact he manages to keep me calm and not absolutely dread going for an appointment is very impressive!

Im not the best dental patient so getting a bit peeved with me is pretty understandable - but if you are in pain you are in pain!

Unfortunately it was a tooth that had a root abcess previousl and this time it had to come out. Not an experience anyone really wants but I have to say she (Dr Ahmed) was very good especially given I was a gibbering wreck. I'm still not a fan of dentists but have no qualms about going back to this one. The score would be a 5 except for the fact that the place is a bit institutional.

Went here with Sophie K to get a microdermabrasion for our faces. Neither of us were really sure…read morewhat to expect, but the experience was lovely. I was able to book in an appointment rather easily on the day that I wanted, which was nice. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist was really friendly and had us fill out some paperwork while we waited. We were also offered drinks while we waited. The waiting room was comfortable and modern and their seemed to be loads of patients in and out. They offer dental services along with beauty services. I was eventually taken back to a room where facials are given. There was a bed made up and all sorts of Dermalogica products set up. The technician sat me down and we discussed what I wanted to accomplish during this session. She went over what a microdermabrasion is and how I would benefit from it. The session all together was about 30 minutes and after it was done my skin was smooth and glowing. I had a few questions afterwards which the technician answered. She was very much more concerned with the health of my skin than 'fixing' things I thought needed to be fixed (which apparently do not need fixing). I appreciate it when people would rather be truthful than make a sale. I would highly recommend Visage for their microdermabrasion treatments! Your face will thank you for it!
