Then on 7/15 he had a 3 PM appointment to have the perm. installed and arrived just before 3 to find out he was pushed back to 4 PM. He was at notified at2:47 PM of . So he comes back at 3:45 for his 4 PM appointment. After waiting until 4:45 he decides to leave and another patient did the same thing. Now he has to wait 2 more weeks for his next appoint. From Rick's point of view he realizes that you time is precious because it is money earned, but from his point of view each hour is also precious because at 80 years old, he isn't sure how many hours he has left. In total he has wasted 6 hours for a tooth that has yet to be installed and at least 1 or 2 more to come for the next appoint. That is terrible ! The office uses some of the most advanced technology available. Your dental care is up to you. Do you want to be proactive or wait for a problem! I prefer to be proactive. The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care. I get my teeth cleaned every four months. I think I have finally found my dentist for life!

I was told my oral hygiene was great and to keep it up, no complaints. Then I was told I needed 4 procedures done to the tune of an additional $700 on top of the $374 I was charged for this very brief check up. Administration just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible since there were at least ten people in the waiting room, some were standing up. Aspen used to be great but it's just a money mill overbooking patients and upselling anything.

Giving birth was easier…read more Based on the "oral surgery " consultation I failed to realize this isn't an oral surgery practice. My fault. Self pay, no insurance. Went back twice expressing pain. Doctor never came in to check, no call to check on post op needs. Used X-rays and tech reports to advise my care. She was wonderful, and not a dentist. Today, almost two months later, I saw my NY family dentist, he removed a small floating bone spur. Determined necessary after a quick physical examination. It took about thirty seconds to remove. Wow! Already feels better. I recommend using an oral surgeon for extraction, and if there are post op issues insisting on seeing the dentist. There was no need for me to suffer this long.
