The dentist I had my consultation with was very unclear on what was best for me and gave no comfort in the expected outcome. He said that everyone's opinion of a perfect smile is different and that they cannot guarantee anything if I wanted alterations and wasn't happy I would have to pay more. After asking a few questions about the invisilign braces he told me he wasn't an orthodontist and not a specialist in straightening teeth he simply did the invisilign procedures that would never give you a perfect smile. He definitely did not reassure me that he had great knowledge in this field and provided very few direct answers instead he just repeated the same thing. I decided this clinic was not for me and once at reception to get my refund for consultation the receptionist proceeded to write my card details down on paper and told me she would do it later! I asked her to do it there and then and took my details away. Overall it was not what I expected from a consultation and general behaviour of any clinic, it gave me know trust to continue with any procedures!

Nothing like any of the other dentists I've visited: with bright lights and uncomfortable chairs. The staff made me comfortable as soon as I arrived, greeting my warmly and explaining all the processes to me. Lana, the hygienist, was great company and made sure I was always comfortable. It's the little touches that make the Neem Tree: music and tv while you're getting your teeth looked after. The goggles so you're not blinded while on the chair. I also felt that I learnt a lot about dental hygiene as Lana was happy to answer all of my questions with very detailed, scientific answer - adapted for a layman. Overall I would visit again, it would be hard to go back to other dentists after this experience. I suggest you give it a go! :)

Quick, Painless and Accessible Emergency Dentists!…read more I am so happy to find this dental clinic and the dentists there. I has a troublesome tooth that flared up in the middle of the weekend. It is usually really difficult to find an accessible dentist in London, especially on a Sunday. I rang this practice (Emergency Dentist London) and they reassured me that my problem will be sorted out on the same day. And Voila! After the visit I was out of pain with my tooth looking better than before (it was a premolar that had always bothered me with its dark colour and silver filling that my old dentist placed). The visit was well organized from the reception area to nurses and specialists. With the numbing agents I didn't feel a thing although the dentist said he had removed the nerve from my tooth and drained the abscess. Overall a great experience! (if that can be said about a toothache visit at the dentist)
